From a site visitor: “Came across your site--read some old sections. In April, you say masturbation is good on what is supposed to be a spiritual website. After enlightenment, we reach new heights of spirituality…we live a moral life I’m abstinence…if your enlightened, you wouldn’t have any body identication and be a slave to masturbation and body activities your still practicing. Maybe your not as pure as you try to make people think.”
F.: Again, this e-mail deserves no response but the comments shall be addressed as a means of responding to the many inquires from protégés who had questions about the physical aspects of post-Realization, AS IF living:
Visitor: “You say masturbation is good.”
F.: Nothing on this site has ever been classified as “good” or “bad.” The pointer you missed is that masturbation is normal, as is sex between married couples, as is sleeping for the amount of time that a particular body needs, as is eating the type food plan that is geared specifically to each of the three body types. If you read that April posting again, slowly, you might see that the pointer was not that everyone should masturbate. The pointer was that a self-proclaimed “religious and spiritual man” was offering insane teachings to his protégés, namely that forfeiting sleep, avoiding sex, avoiding the eating of meat and avoiding other natural functions were all “spiritual acts.” To avoid any natural act as a result of super-natural beliefs is unnatural, so his suggestions were not the result of his being enlightened but were the result of his faulty programming and magical thinking. Also, 2/3’s of the population require protein for their organs to function properly. Only 1/3 can function properly on a vegetarian-only diet, so his advice was causing physical harm to his protégés in many ways. Now, you (in the same fashion as that man) are offering your beliefs that result from the warped programming and conditioning that you’ve been exposed to and you would now have other persons adopt the same unnatural behaviors and magical thinking that you’re practicing. If you’re going to claim you have no body identification and are therefore abandoning natural, bodily functions, then you should abandon all body functions in order to avoid inconsistency and self-contradiction.
Visitor: “Supposed to be a spiritual website.”
F.: There’s nothing about this site that is “supposed to be spiritual.” Being “spiritual” will get you less than halfway to Full Realization. Look to yourself for evidence.
Visitor: “After enlightenment, we reach new heights of spirituality…we live a moral life I’m abstinence…if your enlightened, you wouldn’t have any body identication and be a slave to masturbation and body activities your still practicing. Maybe your not as pure as you try to make people think.”
F.: There is no such thing as a “moral” life. That is a dualistic concept, the opposite being an “immoral life,” both of which would be defined by…whom? You? Or the religious or spiritual “leaders” you’re listening to? In your case, what is considered moral is defined by the concepts that evolved from the corrupted consciousness of some “leader” who found his beliefs to be appealing and useful in fulfilling his desires to control and to have power over persons. [The preoccupation with controlling the bodies of others is rooted in the early practice of sacrificing virgins in order to appease angry male gods and the subsequent need for more and more women to remain virgins because the priests were killing off the ones that were available.] The arrogant belief by religious and spiritual people that they have the right to tell others what they can and cannot do with their own bodies is nonsense—nonsense handed down generation after generation but traceable to men who murdered women in the name of god. And today persons across the globe accept such controlling conduct as the proper duty of their “holy advisors.”
But back to why the “moral vs. immoral duality” is a lie. Why can neither you, nor any person, define what is moral or not? Here’s why: is it immoral to kill? You would answer, “Yes.” But if someone breaks into a house and is trying to kill someone’s child, is it immoral for the parent to kill in that case? No. That’s the conundrum when persons try to apply absolutes to the relative existence. The exercise can only generate total nonsense.
Also, there’s no attempt to “make people think” anything. The pointer here is to be rid of the fictional “mind” and to stop thinking, period.
Next, the “you” that you refer to does not exist, and no claim has ever been made about being “pure.” There is no one who could be “pure” or “impure,” the latter being the counterpart of the dualistic term you use. What is pure—or more accurately, what was re-purified—was the corrupted consciousness that had been bastardized as a result of listening to the same kind of persons whom you’ve listened to and as a result of giving credibility to the same nonsensical concepts that you’ve accepted as fact. Post-Realization, natural living continues, and so can all natural bodily functions. Masturbation can happen, or not. Copulation can happen, or not. What does end is any element of role-playing or game-playing being attached to normal, natural bodily functions. What ends are all attachments, period.
But every natural function that is abandoned can have some physical consequences that those in touch with Reality choose not to experience during the remainder of their AS IF existence. Being in touch with reality eliminates all obstructions (which you are suffering but do not know that you’re suffering). No aspect of “freedom from body identification” results in the cessation of any natural, bodily functions. (If that were the case, then the act of Realization would have to be followed immediately by the act of suicide.)
Lastly, in your case, re-engaging in all natural functions might relieve you of some of your rigidity (including your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual rigidity). As for your belief that you are enlightened, be it known that many who seek the light and believe they have found it have actually stopped short because they mistook the dawn for high noon. Finally, your follow-up e-mail yesterday will not be addressed. In fact, no further e-mails from you will be responded to because the pointers offered above have identified so many concepts for you to clear out that you could spend months or years getting rid of all the debris. The invitation is to continue your search for truth or not, but realize that you have not yet found it because you are still clinging wholeheartedly to lies. Too, you have not reached a state of sanity and natural AS IF living because you’re still clinging wholeheartedly to insane, magical, super-natural thinking. To the others who wrote, Realize fully and then whatever happens…happens. Please enter the silence of contemplation.

Five Free eBooks

Compliments of Andy Gugar, Jr.,
the following eBooks are available without charge for you or for friends:

I.
"GOOD vs. EVIL?" or "IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY, and INSANITY?"

The content of this eBook deals with one of the most common but erroneous beliefs that the non-Realized masses cling to and which they will fight about (and even kill over), namely, that there is a planet-wide duel going on between “the forces of good and evil” in the universe.

Either (1) the ancient view is spot on: that the "ills of the planet" are rooted in evil people, in people not being religious enough or spiritual enough, and are caused solely by bad morality; or, (2) the "ills of the planet" are rooted in ignorance, stupidity and insanity and "being good" or "being moral" does not put an end to ignorance, does not eliminate stupidity, and does not treat insanity in any way.

II.
"THE VISION"

Comments regarding the free eBook entitled “THE VISION”:

“My thanks to you and Andy.” – Andrew “Mac” McMaster

“Thanks so much for the book! And, by the way, it is brilliant and the most effective pointing that you have done. It has served to help clear the remaining blockages.” – Stan Cross

“Greatly appreciate having “THE VISION” added to my Henderson resource library that is situated on the right side of my bed for easy access! Eternally grateful for what was received and what was given.” – Robert Rigby

“‘THE VISION’ is such a well-written, condensed version of the Nisarga Yoga approach to understanding and enjoying Reality that I feel it can serve as a must-read ‘meditation guide’ for all earnest seekers.” – Andy Gugar, Jr.

III.
"Sapolsky, Maharaj, and the Non-Dual Teachings"

Dr. Robert Maurice Sapolsky is an American neuroendocrinologist; a professor of biology, neuroscience, and neurosurgery at Stanford University; a researcher; an author; and a Research Associate at the National Museums of Kenya.

There is much that a non-dualist or Advaitin or Nisargan can relate to by comparing and contrasting what Sapolsky reveals about the way certain troops of baboons live in Africa with the way that humans abide all around the globe.

This 152-page eBook catalogues the common, non-dual message shared by Sapolsky and Maharaj and reveals the ways that Sapolsky’s scientific research supports the non-dual pointers offered by Maharaj.

IV.
Seeking

In “PART ONE” it will be seen that most persons on the planet are not seeking, and most will never seek, but for those who are seeking, most will face several obstacles:

In “PART TWO” of this book, it will be seen why many criticized Maharaj for “changing his message in his later talks.” It will be seen that the changes were not about changing the message per se as much as about changing his methodology as he experimented with one version of the Ultimate Medicine after another in order to try to find an effective means for addressing the Ultimate Sickness.

He tried a religious version of the Medicine, a Spiritual version of the Medicine, and finally settled on a version which addressed to Sickness at its core . . . at the mental and emotional level.

V.
"THE MOST DANGEROUS BELIEF OF ALL"

“Dangerous” is a term that can only apply during the relative existence, but of those who do commit suicide, for example, how many shoot themselves in the foot over and over until they “bleed out”? None. They shoot themselves in the head. Why? In order to try to stop the noise - to try to stop the chatter of a thousand monkeys – to stop the noisy mind which is the area that stores the ideas, notions, concepts, mind-stuff, etc. which drives them into the depths of insanity.

And what are those ideas, notions, concepts, etc. called, collectively? "Their beliefs." The irony? They are not their beliefs at all. They are the beliefs of “others” that were set in place via programming, conditioning, etc. and which persons then think are their own.

And what are those beliefs rooted in, and what reinforces those beliefs and convinces persons that they are sacred and worth fighting over and even sometimes worth dying for? Blind faith.

This 337-page eBook discusses those issues in detail.
