The point in this series is that the non-dual message has long been widespread but has seldom been understood either then or now.
IN SPITE OF THE NON-DUAL MESSAGE BEING OFFERED IN A HOST OF VENUES,
DUALITY IS NOW PRACTICALLY AN INHERENT "GIVEN" AROUND THE GLOBE
No matter what genre any literary work falls into – be it Classic Literature, Science Fiction, Mysteries, Adventures, Fantasy, Thrillers, Suspense, Horror, Organized Crime, Cop Stories, whatever – all such works share one common traits: they all have clearly defined protagonists (“heroes” / “good guys”) and antagonists (“bad guys”).
In my Kirk Wildman novels, the protagonists and antagonists are easily identifiable; in writings about addicts vs. those “trying to live with them,” the “sides” are clearly defined;
And even in non-dual writings or talks - such as those offered by Maharaj –
the state of the relative existence of those who have the Ultimate Sickness
vs.
the state of those who had the Sickness but who sought until they found a viable form of the Ultimate Medicine which freed them from the pain-and-misery-inducing effects of the Sickness
are clearly demonstrated and differentiated.
Why? Because all of those genres share a common setting and locality, namely, the duality-based relative existence.
How prevalent is the non-dual message? Highly prevalent, as this series is demonstrating. Yet in the U.S. and all around the globe, there is an inundation of what has now become an intrinsic, an inbuilt, and an almost innate and inherent duality-based messaging and mindset which easily drowns out the few voices offering the non-dual understanding.
Non-duality is about, among other things,
(1) purging from the mind all nonsense – which is always of a dualistic nature – and then
(2) abiding as the no-identity presence (the AM-ness) and the conscious-energy / awareness-energy (THAT) and
(3) without the hindrance of learned ignorance and body / mind / personality identifications while
(4) understanding that conscious-of-ness and aware-of-ness can only happen – among humans – when there is a composite unity available through which the conscious-energy can cycle during a limited manifestation and during a limited relative existence.
The history of all nations is a story of duality (and, therefore, as Maharaj said, a story of "ignorance, stupidity, and insanity”).
In the U.S., the “us” and “them” differentiation has been present from the time of the “American Holocaust” when “they” sailed across the sea and found a land with seemingly-infinite natural resources and realized that all they needed to do to obtain all of that which they wanted was to kill 150,000,000 of the indigenous peoples and lock away any survivors on small plots of “reserved” land.
I. That original “us” vs. “them” differentiation involved “business” and “finances” and "materialism" and "taking whatever we want" and still continues to this day.
II. The second “us” vs. “them” differentiation involved - and has continued to involve for nearly 400 years – a battle of “the will of the religious to control” vs. “the will of those who rebel against that control.”
For four centuries in what is called “the U.S.,” the dualistic forces at play have been led
(A) for a short while by a Pilgrim mindset and for the rest of the 390 or so years by those with a Puritan mindset which loves
the poison of Puritanism
and
(B) on the other side by those fascinated with what John Knowles called
“the germ of wildness” in the “American” character.
(That Puritanism vs. wildness duality, that dichotomy, set the stage for 400 years of hypocrisy with the religious putting their puritanical values on display in public but allowing the germ of wildness to drive their thoughts and words and actions privately. The authenticity which follows the non-dual realization has never had any appeal among the puritanicals who are infinitely proud of their "pure image." Those types disagreed totally with Maharaj when he stated: “Only that person will visit this place whose virtue and sin have [both] come to an end.”)
The New England colonies were greatly influenced by the ideas and values held by the puritans. Puritans influenced the political, economic, religious, and social development of the New England colonies and, later, all of the states, from 1630 to the present. They claimed to have been seeking religious freedom when they came; in fact, what they really wanted was to reestablish the puritan power and influence which they had been stripped of in England.
These are the people who closed the theaters in London because they believed that drama is the tool of Satan. Shakespeare built his new theatre across the river is Southwark in order to escape the heavy-handedness of the fanatically-religious, controlling puritans in government who have always taken their culture wars to ever-higher levels (as is still the case nowadays).
The puritans (and puritanicals) who settled in what is not called the U.S. did not - and do not - want to establish a democracy. They want to establish a theocracy. They still do.
The European invaders of what has been called “The Americas” who decimated over 150 million of the indigenous people also had no desire to establish a democracy . . . they were quite happy with their monarchies and with being ruled by kings and queens.
At the start of the War of Independence from England and from British rule and the war which would eventually overthrow King George III’s authority in The Colonies, 33% of the people living in the colonies wanted to continue under British rule, 33% were neutral, and only 33% were for the war and independence. Again, 66% did not want independence from the British monarchy and did not want a democracy.
[Thus, the U.S. has long been technically regarded as “a constitutional republic” rather than “a true democracy,” so the key trait of a democracy – the majority rules – has never really applied. See the effects of “the electoral college system” as one example; or note the advantages which the Constitution offered to the wealthy and to the landowners; note the fact that whites could own and sale and beat or even kill black slaves for centuries; note the fact that women could not vote until 1920; and note the fact that white authorities continue to this day to kill unarmed blacks at will.]
See? “Us” vs. “them.” Duality to the core. The same is the case with most nations throughout history. Duality, duality, duality and hypocrisy, hypocrisy, hypocrisy, all leading to chaos, disorder, an “us” vs. “them” mentality, broken “relations,” and the spread of the Ultimate Sickness.
All along, the non-dual message has been showing up all around us - in literature, in movies, in songs and in other forms of poetry, etc., etc., etc. And all along, the message has been totally ignored for the most part. (Maharaj’s guesstimate was that only 1 in 10,000,000 are ever likely to “get” this message.)
So, while offering up the message one more time, we’ll continue to look at how prevalent the mostly-ignored message is and how established and widespread and popular duality-driven thinking and talking and behaving are all around the planet.

THE EXPLANATION
If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of God in the past was of a weak God, an absentee God, A Santa Claus-type God, a mean, punishing, vindictive God, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring God whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."
The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a God that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring God,' any supposed God that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'God' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.
"That is, a non-narcissistic god / goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'God' and focus on the 'God as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places
but are states of mind, nothing more than
concepts dreamed up by men."

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,
a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record
teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.
And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?
Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?
The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.
The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
