IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY, AND INSANITY GENERATES AND PERPETUATES AND ATTRACTS IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY, AND INSANITY
THE IMPACT OF IGNORANCE
It is a well-known fact among many marriage counselors I've known over the years that a little-discussed but highly-relevant problem-generator in relationships involves a disparity in educational level.
[That is far from a non-dual take on relationship problems wherein the discussion involves how much learned ignorance one or the other party in a relationship has accumulated, education levels notwithstanding.]
Some facts about this relative issue:
*Prior to the 1940's, the disparity in the educational levels of the two parties in a marriage was not a significant issue in terms of the viability of their union.
*Then, that began to change.
*The highest level of education an individual completes—called ‘educational attainment’ by sociologists and other researchers—has been correlated with a huge number of other life factors. Income is the most well-known and obvious one. People with college education make more money on an average than those with only a high school diploma or less. Yet many other important aspects of life are related to educational attainment and the impact on marriages is definitely one of them.
*College-educated women have an almost eight-in-ten chance of still being married after two decades.
*78% of college-educated women who married after the 1900's can expect their marriages to last at least 20 years.
*(Among women who have a high school education or less, the share is about half as much - 40% instead of 78%.)
*Roughly two-thirds (65%) of men with a bachelor’s degree could expect that, if they marry, their first marriage will last 20 years or longer.
Consider these pairings by "differentiation in educational levels" in the two people in a marriage:
No high school diploma paired with a partner with no high school diploma: shorter than average marriage and very high chance of divorce
No high school diploma paired with partner with high school diploma: shorter than average marriage and higher chance of divorce.
No high school diploma paired with partner with college degree: shorter than average marriage and much higher chance of divorce.
No high school diploma paired with partner with advanced college degree: shorter than average marriage and very high chance of divorce.
High school diploma paired with partner with college degree or advance college degree: also very high chance of divorce and far shorter than average marriage
The point: there is a correlation between any form of ignorance and the likelihood of relative problems, including "relationship" problems.
Part of what is also at play with the educational disparity / higher divorce ratios are the educational level / financial well-being ratios. Financial problems are a key driver of divorce, and higher education levels usually lead to higher income and fewer financial problems.
But a variety of studies of a variety of categories, there are indicators that ignorance is an impediment to healthy relationship, whether those involve a partnership, a marriage, state level issues, national level issues, or international levels issues.
THE IMPACT OF INSANITY
When some look at the impact of insanity on the relative existence of the masses, some have commented on the propensity that humans have long had for "cutting off their noses to spite their faces" . . . for being self-defeating in terms of what they do.
One comment is applicable in describing what has happened in elections all the way from
the German population's early support of Hitler and his
"Super Race" / white supremacy beliefs
right up to
the current wave of voters around the globe who are supporting candidates with similar duality-based belief systems which tout "Super Race" / white supremacy beliefs.
That comment: “What he did was he fired up the crazies.”
More specifically, it is clear now that Hitler and Mussolini were both narcissistic sociopaths and psychopaths whose influence impacted people all around the globe.
The same applies to those elected to office more recently in national elections who are narcissistic sociopaths and psychopaths and whose influence is impacting people all around the globe.
"Crazy" supporters is a term from the vernacular; the more clinical explanation is that certain leaders are evidencing the presence of such disorders as "The Narcissistic Personality Disorder," "The Sociopathic Personality Disorder," and "The Psychopathic Personality Disorder," and many of those being witnessed nowadays have moved beyond a neurotic level and have reached a psychotic level.
And when narcissists and sociopaths and psychopaths hear a narcissist and sociopath and psychopath speaking, their "ears perk up" because they can relate to what they are hearing; thus, narcissistic sociopaths and psychopaths attract narcissistic, sociopathic, and psychopathic supporters.
It has been noted here on occasion that "crazy cannot spot crazy."
However, crazy can subconsciously relate to crazy.
Bobby Azarian, Ph.D. notes that it might be the case that many who support "crazies" do so because of ignorance, pointing out that ignorance-driven supporters are under-informed or misinformed about the issues at hand.
Yet he goes on to explain "The Dunning-Kruger Effect" and its impact, saying:
"The Dunning-Kruger Effect explains that the problem isn’t just that they are misinformed; it’s that they are completely unaware that they are misinformed. This creates a double burden."
When Maharaj explained that intelligence is required for realization, he was referring to intelligence as being "the capacity to understand."
Psychologist David Dunning said that "the intelligence which is required to be effective at a task is often the same quality needed to recognize that one is not effective at that task"
and
"if one lacks such intelligence, one remains ignorant that one is not effective at the task. This includes political judgment.”
Azarian added, "Essentially, they’re not smart enough to realize they’re dumb."
He added, "But that’s the nature of the Dunning-Kruger Effect — their ignorance is completely invisible to them."
The same applies when one’s insanity is completely invisible to them.
Studies have also shown that from Hitler to the present, the support for ignorance-and-insanity-driven candidates has been strongest among "the right or "The Far Right" (a.k.a., "conservatives.")
Maharaj said that science would advance someday to the point that it will provide explanations and support and insight into non-dual understandings about things happening throughout the relative existence as well as things happening on a non-relative level.
Studies now explain the phenomenon which Azarian addresses, and he shared some of the studies and their results:
"Science has unequivocally shown that the conservative brain has an exaggerated fear response when faced with stimuli that may be perceived as threatening.
"A 2008 study in the journal Science found that conservatives have a stronger physiological reaction to startling noises and graphic images compared to liberals.
"A brain-imaging study published in Current Biology revealed that those who lean right politically tend to have a larger amygdala — a structure that is electrically active during states of fear and anxiety.
"And a 2014 fMRI study found that it is possible to predict whether someone is a liberal or conservative simply by looking at their brain activity while they view threatening or disgusting images, such as mutilated bodies.
"Specifically, the brains of self-identified conservatives generated more activity overall in response to the disturbing images."
In short, conservative types are more often emotionally-intoxicated and more easily riled and disturbed.
The realized understand (a) the relative dangers involved with abiding in a state of emotional intoxication and understand that (b) the relative dangers are directly linked to the ignorance and insanity which come with the Ultimate Sickness and which Maharaj warned seekers about.
As for those who have supported the planet's Hitlers and Mussolinis and their modern-day counterparts, Azarian explains that fear (which non-dualists understand is rooted in false personality identities) inspires unbridled loyalty in supporters because "their brain responses are automatic and not influenced by logic or reason."
Politicians and religious leaders and mates alike have long understood that if one wants loyalty which can survive a politician's or religious leader's or a mate's lack of logic and reason, simply instill fear and insecurity - which will also whip up a huge dose of anger - and then the loyalty they seek will remain intact.

THE EXPLANATION
If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of God in the past was of a weak God, an absentee God, A Santa Claus-type God, a mean, punishing, vindictive God, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring God whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."
The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a God that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring God,' any supposed God that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'God' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.
"That is, a non-narcissistic god / goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'God' and focus on the 'God as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

concepts dreamed up by men."

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,
a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record
teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.
And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?
Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?
The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.
The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
