So we looked at the coming in steps as the movement goes from THAT – from a state of free-ranging energy – to energy which finds it way to planet earth and manifests in a confined space formed by a combining of various elements called plant which, if consumed, can enter another confined space formed by elements and which can enter as plant cells that can convert into deer cells or birds cells or human cells.
We also looked at the way that humans cells via an act of friction can trigger the cycling of other elements and oxygen along with conscious-energy and can form a brain with a portion dedicated to memory and recall – known as “the mind” – and can eventually come to believe in the distortion that one is actually the elemental plant food body alluded to above.
Maharaj spoke early on about a two-phase journey:
phase one involved the "coming in" journey from that field of specialized energy when conscious-energy manifested within a confined space, a manifestation which was triggered, among humans and other such life-forms, by an act of friction;
regarding phase two, he spoke of "the reverse" journey and "going back out" in "the exact reverse order" of the steps which brought one "in."
Here, there are discussed four phases overall with the coming-in journey involving the movement of energy into manifestation; then the reverse, going-back phase which allows for "realization"; the coming-back-in phase, where one takes the clear perspectives received in phase two and overlays them on the remainder of the relative existence;
then the third phase involves a movement through the rest of the manifestation without the encumbrances of learned ignorance and imposed insanity; and then comes the fourth phase during which the conscious-energy which was being circulated through a space returns to the universal pool of energy; during which the elements which were being circulated through a space return to the universal pool of elements; and during which the oxygen which was being circulated through a space returns to the universal pool of oxygen.
Note these stages / phases / legs which explain the way this entire process is supposed to unfold:
PHASE ONE: THE "COMING IN"
There is first the "coming in" from that field of energy, manifesting, just being for a short period as a no-knowing child, then being assigned identities, then given a mind that is filled with nonsense, and then ultimately being reduced to body-mind-personality identification alone.
PHASE TWO: "THE REVERSE 'JOURNEY' GOING BACK OUT"
For the few that seek and find, there is "the going back," in the exact reverse order of the steps which brought one "in" initially and which eventually resulted in body-mind-personality identification.
PHASE THREE: "THE 'COMING BACK IN' FOR THE SECOND TIME"
Having returned "there" and having understood the functioning of the totality as a result of having seen the total cycle, one does not stay "there" (for that could only happen mentally, indicating that even the second step of the "journey" - the step which allows for transitioning beyond the influence of the fiction-filled "mind" - has not happened).
It was explained this way in one discussion of "The Vision" (which brought here the final clarity and that "Eureka! . . . Aha! moment" that opened the door to Full Realization):
After having returned to the Absolute, and then seen the perfect peace of the Void - of the Nothingness - which was even prior to THAT, one can (in the PHASE THREE: "THE 'COMING BACK IN' FOR THE SECOND TIME") bring that perfect peace back to the relative existence and overlay it on the remainder of the manifestation.
Having been beyond knowing and having enjoyed the no-knowing, no-knower state, then the unblocked consciousness can begin its second "journey" from THAT to "this," but nothing will be the same after having been "there" consciously and now returning in awareness rather than in ignorance (as was the case during the first "coming in" that resulted in identifying with the body and mind and personality).
Now, the "second trip in" happens with clarity as clear, pure witnessing takes place, allowing all to be understood; as the movement into the peaceful child-that-knows-not stage happens; as You see the way religious or spiritual roles were assigned to the child;
as you see the way a "mind" filled with nonsense came about; as you see exactly the way that you ended up identifying with a plant food, elemental body the first time "in."
Now, having seen all of that, nothing is perceived as it was before: You know that you are no persona, that you are neither good nor bad, that you are neither black nor white nor any color, that you are neither evil nor noble.
You can look back over your shoulder, so to speak, and see All and understand All. Then, you will live AS IF, as if any of this matters, as if any of "this" is important, while knowing that it is not, even as you move through the remainder of the relative existence in a sane, non-destructive, Loving fashion (for True Love, too, will have been overlaid upon the relative as a result of the Oneness having been understood).
You will then enjoy the remainder of the relative existence as a result of all that you came to understand on the "journey," but now, the "journey" to THAT is over and it is time to relish the freedom that allows for the enjoyment of the remainder of the manifestation.
What good is it, if you are hungry, to go to the grocery store and buy food but then stay in the store forever, never returning home, never undertaking the relative existence task of preparing the food, and never enjoying the meal? The one who stays in the store can claim, "I have arrived," but that one will be totally insane to stay in the store and not enjoy what the relative existence can offer.
If the seven-step "journey back in - now for the second time - is not undertaken, allowing an entirely new experience to happen in the relative, then why go "there" in the first place?
Only HERE and NOW can the bliss be known. Only during the AM-ness can the bliss happen. Only the relative existence can provide an opportunity for the fruits of the "journey" to be enjoyed.
When the consciousness finally unmanifests as mahasamadhi is taken - and when it "returns there" and is reunited with that universal pool of specialized energy known as "awareness" or the Absolute - then at that point there will be no "one" to know that or to know THAT or to experience the bliss or to experience anything else.
The only purpose of the "journey" to understanding THAT is to "return" to the AM-ness and to abide for the remainder of the relative existence in an AS IF fashion.
PHASE FOUR: "THE FINAL, POST-MAHASAMADHI REVERSE 'JOURNEY' GOING BACK OUT"
ALL HUMANS ARE ON WHAT IS REFERRED TO HERE AS "THE JOURNEY"
No matter what, ALL will take Leg One.
A few will take Leg Two.
Some who take Leg Two will not take Leg Three because they become occupied with playing a “higher-plane-status" game and / or the "I AM THAT only" game and / or the "I am Supreme" game and / or the escapism from "reality" (from the AM-ness) game and the dissociation from "reality" (from the AM-ness) game.
A few will understand all that is to be understood during Leg Two and those will then take Leg Three.
Then, eventually, no matter what, ALL will take Leg Four.

THE EXPLANATION
If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of God in the past was of a weak God, an absentee God, A Santa Claus-type God, a mean, punishing, vindictive God, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring God whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."
The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a God that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring God,' any supposed God that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'God' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.
"That is, a non-narcissistic god / goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'God' and focus on the 'God as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

concepts dreamed up by men."

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record
teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.
And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?
Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?
The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.
The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
