Today's Considerations

Once again, it can be seen how totally spot on Maharaj was when he spoke "from the perspective of the Universal Consciousness," unlike the masses who speak from the standpoint of a political agenda or a religious agenda or a spiritual agenda or a money-making agenda.

Early on, when Maharaj was using a religious / non-duality version of the Ultimate Medicine, he was not talking solely from the perspective of the Universal Consciousness. Proof? Religious concepts are a recent invention (some 5000 years old or so); thus, such talk cannot be “Universal” in its nature. Additionally, when Maharaj was using a spiritual / non-duality version of the Ultimate Medicine, he was not talking solely from the perspective of the Universal Consciousness. Proof?

Spirituality and spiritual exercises and spiritual accoutrements (special bowls on special pillows being struck by special sticks, special smoke, speaking humming sounds, crystals, amulets, robes, holy books, etc.) are all relatively recent inventions, so talks about those cannot be “Universal” in their nature. And seeing the truth of that fact about a spiritual / non-duality version of the Ultimate Medicine, Maharaj’s advised: “Give up spirituality” and “follow your normal inclinations" and "forget spirituality

So, what is “universal,” as far as humans are concerned? A composite unity (an elemental plant food body circulating air and conscious-energy) which has always had a brain but which only developed a mind within a part of the brain during relatively recent stages of evolution as the brain expanded from a one-cup size to a three-and-one-half-cup size.

The brain is “universal”; the mind is not, so Maharaj’s talks were truly offered from the perspective of the Universal Consciousness when he began focusing on the disastrous effects of the human mind and called for seekers to taken the action to be free from that mind which was originally an asset but has become humankind’s greatest liability.

So, Maharaj’s talks when he spoke from the Universal Consciousness urged seekers to be rid of the mind, to be free of all beliefs, to reach a state of zero concepts, etc. Those pointers were pointing the way back to the “Universal Awareness” and to abiding under the auspices of the presently-manifested Universal Consciousness and under the auspices of the Universal Awareness (which can be known only when the Universal Consciousness is manifested and only when the blockages of the consciousness have been removed, blockages which were set in place early on by programming and conditioning and domestication and acculturation and brainwashing and indoctrination).

So what does (1) one of Maharaj’s key points, to “Give up spirituality” and “follow your normal inclinations" and "forget spirituality," share in common with (2) one of the New York Daily News’s points in their headline yesterday announcing “God isn’t fixing this”?

Some said that Maharaj showed great courage when he began sharing a no-religion, no-spirituality, mind-focused message. Courage had nothing to do with it. Wisdom had everything to do with it. Being free of magical thinking that dreams up other-worldly Powers who supposedly control events of earth had everything to do with it. Being sane and sound and free of being driven by nonsensical beliefs had everything to do with it.

Same with the Daily News: Courage had nothing to do with it. Wisdom had everything to do with it. Being free of magical thinking that dreams up other-worldly Powers who control events of earth had everything to do with it. Being sane and sound and free of being driven by nonsensical beliefs had everything to do with it.

That is what an ability to tap into the Universal Consciousness and to speak from that perspective looks like. It looks just like Maharaj’s pointers advising persons to give up trying to use a God to get what they want and to avoid what they do not want to face or do not want to take action in regards to. It looks like the New York Daily News’s pointer advising persons to give up trying to use a God to get what they want and to give up using meaningless platitudes in order to avoid what one does not want to face and avoid having to take action.

Both Maharaj pointers above and the Daily News’s headline from yesterday were derived from the Universal Consciousness, not from the all-pervasive blocked consciousness and not from the agendas of the false personality identifications assigned and assumed all over the planet which determine the billions of thoughts which are thought on a daily basis by billions of persons all over the planet and which determine the billions of statements which are uttered on a daily basis by billions of persons all over the planet.

It is only that Universal Consciousness which can speak while “bypassing” any and all who-ness or WHO-ness, any and all personality identifications.

Anything spoken from the viewpoint of a false identity must be false. Yesterday, it was seen how many U.S. politicians on the right speak from the perspective of an ego-state (be that ego-state “The Super Religious One” or “The Spiritual Giant”).

Maharaj also saw how many were speaking from the perspective of these ego-states: “The Super Religious One” or “The Spiritual Giant” or “The Super Seeker” or “The Supreme Self” or “God.” Because all of those are false identities, any thoughts they generate or words they inspire must also be false.

Words such as “The people killed in the latest of a constant series of mass murders in the U.S. are in our thoughts and prayers” are spoken from the perspective of “The Super Religious One” and / or “The Spiritual Giant.”

On a planet where the misery and suffering of humanity are rotted in the mind (the source of thoughts) and where dependent, fear-based persons are constantly looking to some other-worldly Power to guard and protect them both now and for eternity (a key motive of their prayers), then the use of a trite cliché about "thoughts and prayers" in every case of mass murder is to allow inaction to continue.

To speak from the blocked consciousness rather than from the Universal Consciousness and to speak from the perspective of “The Super Religious One” and / or “The Spiritual Giant” is to avoid having to take any action. That allows for escapism and avoidance and dissociation and from having to act; it provides a free ticket to “Foo Foo Land” or to “The Land of Hidden Payoffs.” The only difference in those playing the role of “The Holy Men” in India

and those playing “The Holy Man” in the U.S. yesterday

 is in outward appearance.

Beyond their differing outward appearances, all of them have developed strategies which allow them to take no action. For whatever reason that one does not want to take an action which is clearly being called for, the act of trying to escape the relative - or trying to escape having to take an action that is obviously being called for – has nothing to with being “Realized” or “Holy” or Special.” It only has to do with self-serving motives and hidden agendas.

And self-serving motives and hidden agendas have nothing to do with what can be revealed via the Universal Consciousness and have everything to do with being driven by the selfish desires of false personality identifications.

To be continued.

Please enter the silence of contemplation.

Five Free eBooks

Compliments of Andy Gugar, Jr.,
the following eBooks are available without charge for you or for friends:

I.
"GOOD vs. EVIL?" or "IGNORANCE, STUPIDITY, and INSANITY?"

The content of this eBook deals with one of the most common but erroneous beliefs that the non-Realized masses cling to and which they will fight about (and even kill over), namely, that there is a planet-wide duel going on between “the forces of good and evil” in the universe.

Either (1) the ancient view is spot on: that the "ills of the planet" are rooted in evil people, in people not being religious enough or spiritual enough, and are caused solely by bad morality; or, (2) the "ills of the planet" are rooted in ignorance, stupidity and insanity and "being good" or "being moral" does not put an end to ignorance, does not eliminate stupidity, and does not treat insanity in any way.

II.
"THE VISION"

Comments regarding the free eBook entitled “THE VISION”:

“My thanks to you and Andy.” – Andrew “Mac” McMaster

“Thanks so much for the book! And, by the way, it is brilliant and the most effective pointing that you have done. It has served to help clear the remaining blockages.” – Stan Cross

“Greatly appreciate having “THE VISION” added to my Henderson resource library that is situated on the right side of my bed for easy access! Eternally grateful for what was received and what was given.” – Robert Rigby

“‘THE VISION’ is such a well-written, condensed version of the Nisarga Yoga approach to understanding and enjoying Reality that I feel it can serve as a must-read ‘meditation guide’ for all earnest seekers.” – Andy Gugar, Jr.

III.
"Sapolsky, Maharaj, and the Non-Dual Teachings"

Dr. Robert Maurice Sapolsky is an American neuroendocrinologist; a professor of biology, neuroscience, and neurosurgery at Stanford University; a researcher; an author; and a Research Associate at the National Museums of Kenya.

There is much that a non-dualist or Advaitin or Nisargan can relate to by comparing and contrasting what Sapolsky reveals about the way certain troops of baboons live in Africa with the way that humans abide all around the globe.

This 152-page eBook catalogues the common, non-dual message shared by Sapolsky and Maharaj and reveals the ways that Sapolsky’s scientific research supports the non-dual pointers offered by Maharaj.

IV.
Seeking

In “PART ONE” it will be seen that most persons on the planet are not seeking, and most will never seek, but for those who are seeking, most will face several obstacles:

In “PART TWO” of this book, it will be seen why many criticized Maharaj for “changing his message in his later talks.” It will be seen that the changes were not about changing the message per se as much as about changing his methodology as he experimented with one version of the Ultimate Medicine after another in order to try to find an effective means for addressing the Ultimate Sickness.

He tried a religious version of the Medicine, a Spiritual version of the Medicine, and finally settled on a version which addressed to Sickness at its core . . . at the mental and emotional level.

V.
"THE MOST DANGEROUS BELIEF OF ALL"

“Dangerous” is a term that can only apply during the relative existence, but of those who do commit suicide, for example, how many shoot themselves in the foot over and over until they “bleed out”? None. They shoot themselves in the head. Why? In order to try to stop the noise - to try to stop the chatter of a thousand monkeys – to stop the noisy mind which is the area that stores the ideas, notions, concepts, mind-stuff, etc. which drives them into the depths of insanity.

And what are those ideas, notions, concepts, etc. called, collectively? "Their beliefs." The irony? They are not their beliefs at all. They are the beliefs of “others” that were set in place via programming, conditioning, etc. and which persons then think are their own.

And what are those beliefs rooted in, and what reinforces those beliefs and convinces persons that they are sacred and worth fighting over and even sometimes worth dying for? Blind faith.

This 337-page eBook discusses those issues in detail.
