The Uniqueness of the Nisarga Yoga

There is presently talk here of a “path” and the “Direct Path Method” and a “journey.” “Path” and “journey” are placed in quotation marks to indicate that there is no actual path to be traveled and that there is no literal journey to be made.

Yet the irony is that

1. there are steps that must be taken and

2. there is a “movement” away from or a “shifting” away from

(though the movement is not away from where one is).

The movement is away from believing that one is what one is not; a movement toward the understanding of what one IS; a movement away from all identification; and - in the process of discarding all previously-held identifiers - returning to authenticity alone for the remainder of the manifestation.

But why? Why even set out on such an undertaking?

If this “journey” is to move seekers

1. away from the personal (from personality, from personas) and

2. to a no-self state and

3. eventually even to a no-Self state where it is seen that what has been taken to be some “True Self” is really nothing more than a specialized form of energy which is capable of Pure Witnessing if all blockages have been discarded

then

4. how is it that so many other “objectives” have been added by so many teachers to what is supposed to be a very simple, de-accumulating process, namely, the taking of some simple steps in an exact order which can move one away from the blockages set in place by programming and conditioning and acculturation and domestication and indoctrination and brainwashing and allow for the seeing of all that is false and allow for the seeing of the truth than can be known but that cannot be stated?

Yet are those not also irrelevant objectives as well? Is the “goal” of the “journey” to know more, or to un-learn all (that “all” being the accumulation of all learned ignorance and all else that is thought to be known)?

Who sets out on a trip without identifying a clear destination? In terms of literal trips, almost no one. In terms of “religious” or “spiritual” or “philosophical” or “ideological” journeys, many.

How many can look ahead and see the end of the non-dual path? What they see depends on which of the many methods of teaching that they have accidentally stumbled across.

(Why “stumbled across”? Because the fully realized do not proselytize about religion or philosophy or non-duality.

She / he does not knock on doors and hand out flyers inviting persons to take this “journey.” Finding a fully realized guide happens as rarely as finding a bird's nest on the bottom of the sea.)

So what are other “teachers” offering that is so far removed from the Original Understanding and from your Original Nature and from what only Nisarga Yoga offers?

One so-called “swami” has said that “the goal” of the Traditional Method of teaching Advaita Vedanta is “first and foremost the acquisition of knowledge about Vedanta.” Acquisition? So much for de-accumulation. So much for un-learning.

As for Neo-Advaita, the claim is that “there is no journey at all.” The message is, “There is nothing to learn or un-learn, no work involved, no effort required. Just rest in what you already are.”

Yet Maharaj made clear that one cannot know what one already is until one discards all of the false beliefs about what one mistakenly thinks one already is, for all such misperceptions block one from knowing what one already is.

As for Neo-Vedanta, the term refers primarily to the method used by Vivekananda and his followers who have tried to make the teachings more suitable to Western tastes (where concepts and ego-states have dominated persons for millennia).

Some examples of the concepts they teach include: “Dream on an idea and be full of it and you’ll succeed; believe in yourself; make yourself strong; find god and gain power; use thoughts to create a new reality; engage in the noble goal of seeking knowledge; you are responsible for what you are; acquire power; and seek love.”

Dream rather than awaken? The duality of “success” vs. . . . “failure”? Believe? God? Power? Use thoughts? Create your own reality? Seek more knowledge, more power, more love?

That is, live unnaturally and supernaturally (meaning, in a spiritual, magical, other-worldly manner) that removes you from being in touch with reality even while claiming to be in touch with Reality? Ignore the “I AM THAT; I AM” and speak only of “I AM THAT”?

Such concepts are in direct opposition to the teachings presented via the Direct Path, Nisarga Yoga approach. So the “goal” of the “journey” of those non-Direct Path, non-Nisarga Yoga approaches is to gain, to know, to seek forever, or to believe that the effects of programming and conditioning and acculturation and domestication and brainwashing and indoctrination can be undone by merely saying it is so?

Do seekers who stumble across one teacher or another even know what the “goal” of that teacher's method is and how any given goal might different from the goals of other teachers using different methods?

If not, then those seekers are among the types referenced earlier, setting out on a trip without identifying any clear destination at all.

Only the Direct Path used in conjunction with the Nisarga Yoga makes clear a final destination which involves abiding as one’s original nature (which in turn allows for abiding naturally rather than unnaturally or supernaturally and which therefore allows for being totally free of all that has been “added” and which is totally contrary to your original nature).

What marks the non-original nature of the non-realized? That nature is one that is false, bogus, counterfeit, inauthentic, an imitation and a sham forged in the hellaciousness of programming and conditioning and acculturation and domestication and brainwashing and indoctrination.

In the process of removing all of those “add-on” effects, the Nisarga Yoga will not claim that there are no steps to be taken. Here, it is made clear that there are seven steps that must be taken.

The Nisarga Yoga will not claim that you need more knowledge. The Nisarga Yoga will not claim that you need to employ soaring and elevated and noble sayings that inspire dreaming and believing and acquiring and “creating your own reality” (as if that is possible).

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
