[Continued from yesterday when it was seen that some six billion persons on the planet worship a murderer while the sane choose to stay as far away from murderers as possible. Today, the discussion of concepts continues, illustrating how being programmed with concepts leaves persons completely blind—unable to see the insanity of what they are doing and believing and thinking and saying.]

2. Genocide: That god of Abraham is reported in “holy” texts to have become so angry and so enraged that he gave up his practice of killing off “his children” a few thousand at a time and eventually killed everyone on the planet except for one family. And yet you have been willing to worship that male god? Can you really like and respect any being—either of your “human” variety or your “supreme” variety—who would commit genocide?

3/4. Vampirism and Cannibalism: Or, if you’re a member of one of those groups that re-enacts the sacrifice of virgins each week, consider this: as you now know, early priests—posing as “god’s rep on earth”—had sex with virgins, cut out their hearts, drank their blood, ate their flesh, and then passed the hearts among the crowd for all to do the same as regular acts of Holy Communion with god. As a child, were you taken into a special building each week and told that you were eating someone’s body and drinking his blood? Did that not sicken you? No, it did not, because the abnormal was normalized as your entire family and society were doing the same. Besides, what child wouldn’t prefer a cracker-with-wine-or-juice-treat to break the monotony of a boring service? So if this was your brand of programming, you likely continued the act into adulthood since you report "thirty years of involvement" with religion. If you have children and still practice that religion, you’ve possibly modeled for your children the lesson that vampirism and cannibalism are normal if they are part of a religious rite. But if they came to you as teens and said they were going to start practicing satanic rites which included cannibalism and vampirism, you’d surely scream “That’s sick!” Right?

Are you beginning to see the insanity of these most influential and most prolific of all concepts and beliefs? The posting on the 1st on this month offered the pointer that “a blind man who cannot see, but who claims that he can see, is deemed insane…out of touch with reality.” The process of Realizing is about “seeing,” about witnessing accurately and observing clearly (a) what you are doing, believing, and thinking and then realizing that (b) what you are doing and believing and thinking is insane.
Even if you were a child when you were programmed to believe that all such nonsense as reported above is normal, the consideration is this: now, you are an adult. Why are you still clinging to the nonsense that you were taught as a child rather than questioning all of it…as should any intelligent, well-educated adult such as yourself? Can’t you finally begin to question the sanity of worshipping a murderous, genocidal, killer god? Can you begin to question the sanity of teaching children every week that they should re-enact the slaughtering of virgins, that they should drink blood regularly, and that they should eat flesh regularly? If you can even begin the process of questioning what has been modeled for you, and what you are most likely now blindly modeling as well, then you might not need to question it all in order to see that it should all be discarded. After that, you might be able to transition the third stage and move on toward Realization—toward getting back into touch with reality, just as you were prior to being programmed by sleepwalking adults who promoted all of the perverted behaviors and corrupted beliefs outlined above. If not, then you will continue to be mired in their nonsense for the remainder of your relative existence, and you will periodically awaken just enough to once again scream, “Help!” before being re-hypnotized by exposure to another dose of their beliefs and concepts.

But what if you are able to question enough of it to realize that it should all be discarded? That can trigger a new fear among persons who define themselves with their concepts. Some have asked, “But if I give up all my beliefs or concepts or ideas, what’s left?" That's like asking, “But if I take out all of the garbage, what will be left?” What will be left is a re-purified area—a space purged of contaminants. To want to keep the garbage would be insane. Wanting to keep the contaminated consciousness reveals the desire of personas for continuity. Their desire to “be something” or to “be somebody” is revealed. But might that which is forfeited result in a state of freedom that your concepts have not provided so far (and that your concepts can never provide)? What if Jack Reacher is correct (and forget about asking who Reacher is but only consider the pointer):

Reacher liked peering into the universe. He used it for perspective. He was just a tiny insignificant speck briefly sparked to life in the middle of nowhere. So what really mattered? Maybe nothing at all.

Ego-states want to “matter,” and to an ego-state, nothing matters more than its beliefs and concepts. Beliefs and concepts are all that give an ego-state the sense that it really exists when it does not. And among those who have reached the third level, who have assumed false identities, and who are now playing their false roles and working to sustain their false images, nothing matters more than their religious and spiritual concepts. That is always the case, being absorbed with ego and arrogance as they are, and with six billion absorbed in the ego and arrogance that come at that emotionally-intoxicated third level, do you see why so few on the planet will ever Realize?

To understand the sweetness of the Void does not prevent the happenings that will happen for the remainder of the manifestation. It will merely allow the arrogance that drives the seeking of significance to dissolve, will allow you to stop thinking that everything matters so much, will allow the end of making mountains out of molehills (or out of “insignificant specks that have sparked to life”), will allow you to realize how a tiny speck was sparked to life, and will provide an opportunity to realize the functioning of the totality. All of that can then end your attachment to illusions like “this life,” “my significance,” the “great meaning that my life has,” “the need to cling to certain concepts though they haven’t provided the real answers even after thirty years,” etc. See, and then you can stop screaming for help and just…be. Please enter the silence of contemplation. [To be continued]
