THE SEEDS OF DUALITY WHICH PRODUCE DUALITY'S PROGENY:
Offspring Number Ten-
The Non-Realized Masses, Instead of Trying To Find a Cure for the Symptoms of Their Ultimate Sickness (Symptoms Identified by Maharaj as "Ignorance, Stupidity, and Insanity") Actually Try to Normalize The Symptoms of Their Sickness
The non-realized masses actually go beyond trying to normalize the symptoms of their Sickness and even spin the perception of those symptoms as "something good." President Barack Obama once said of his right-wing Republican critics, "It's like these guys take pride in being ignorant."
In millions if not billions of instances, that is exactly the case. The Political Right in the U.S. has an extended and fervent history of attacking university education. Review some of the examples shared a couple of weeks ago when discussing the related topic of "a conscious preference for ignorance over awareness and understanding" and it becomes clear that the laziness of ignorance has long been preferred over having to put forth more effort in order to become aware and to understand.
A. The ignorant for thousands of years have assigned the cause of wholly natural events to supernatural intervention.
The traffic in Maharaj's loft was much higher when spiritual, supernatural beliefs were being reinforced. The same was true on this site. For example, when I began reporting the actual, natural reasons for events - none of which have ever had anything at all to do with "a God who is supposedly controlling everything that happens on the planet" - attacks from site visitors followed.
When it was explained why hurricanes form where they form and move where they move to - rather than suggesting that hurricanes strike where they strike because of a supernatural force / Power who uses them to punish those who have displeased "Him" - those trapped in their learned ignorance unleashed their fury.
B. To challenged the belief that "Everything is caused by God" and that "Everything happens for a reason which He alone understands at the time" has drawn almost as much fire as was drawn by Galileo, Copernicus, da Vinci, and thousands of other scientists throughout the ages who were attacked by the Church when the scientists offered facts over the Church's fiction.
The Church came to see universities as hotbeds of agnosticism and atheism in the Middle Ages, and that view prevails among many to this day. Here's an example of what comes with that view:
C. While I was trying to encourage my daughter Ashley to "hang in there" during her first year of college and to ride out the challenges and the frustrations and stay around long enough to experience success - which she did - the other major influencer in her life at that time (whose fanatical Christian beliefs have always been marked by a set of anti-intellectualism, anti-fact, anti-science, magical-thinking-based beliefs) was encouraging Ashley to drop out of college and move back home and "maybe get a license to cut hair."
Had she wanted to cut hair, that would have been fine, but that was not her stated goal. The day after earning a degree in 2006, she became employed and in the subsequent twelve years has not gone without a job for a single day. She has changed jobs several times over the years and has advanced in every case in terms of salary and perks. And each time she applied for one of those jobs which proved to offer a better employment opportunity, the job description and application included the note, "Those without a college degree need not apply."
D. None of that could have happened if she had accepted the alternative which she had been offered, namely, the acceptance of an anti-intellectualism, anti-fact, anti-science, magical-thinking-based mindset.
There is no suggestion that everyone should go to college and that no one should cut hair for a living (although I have not gone to a barber or stylist for more than 25 years because I cut my own hair). What is being offered for consideration is to look objectively at religion's long-standing antipathy toward being taught anything other than religion-based concepts and to see that antipathy has remained from 500 A.D. all the way up to present-day "home schooling" with its Christianity / Evangelical-based curriculum.
E. From the Dark Ages when religious fanatics began attacking secular teachings (and triggered a demographic, cultural, and economic deterioration) and right up to the present day as those types of attacks continue, the attitude perpetuated by such fanatics has - for over 1500 years - spread their anti-intellectualism, anti-fact, anti-science, magical-thinking-based beliefs. Relatively speaking, the toll has been significant.
So it is when the seeds of duality reinforce the Ultimate Sickness and spread the symptoms of that Sickness globally, those symptoms including, per Maharaj, "ignorance" and "stupidity" and "insanity."
Now it should be noted that those trapped in "insanity" (the number of such types having reached new heights on the planet) are a different case became crazy cannot spot crazy. The insane do not "take pride in being insane."
To the contrary, those trapped in "ignorance" and / or stupidity often knows their status and wear it as if it were a badge of honor. And leaders in the areas of business, religion, and politics play to that. An ad once said, "I am not a doctor; I just play one on TV." Shrewd politicians and religious leaders and spiritual leaders and business leaders who know that many in their audience are trapped in ignorance will sometimes feign ignorance as well in order to appeal to their followers / customers.
They could say in the privacy of the clubs where they meet with fellow leaders, "I am not ignorant; I just play an ignorant person on TV"; yet they are often quite cunning.
Were those trapped in ignorance not so susceptible to being manipulated and fooled, the con would not work, but presently, it works like a charm. Just like it did among the masses who supported Julius Caesar being made dictator for life; just like it did when the masses in Germany supported Hitler when he became a dictator; and just like the masses nowadays tolerate dozens of dictators and would-be dictators all around the globe.
Why will this millennium-long, pro-ignorance tendency not change? Because the non-realized masses, instead of trying to find a cure for the symptoms of their Ultimate Sickness (symptoms identified by Maharaj as "ignorance, stupidity, and insanity") actually try to normalize the symptoms of their Sickness.
That is why Maharaj made clear that few will ever "get" the message he offered, but it is not necessary for the masses to get the message in order for you to get the message.

THE EXPLANATION
If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of God in the past was of a weak God, an absentee God, A Santa Claus-type God, a mean, punishing, vindictive God, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring God whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."
The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a God that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring God,' any supposed God that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'God' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.
"That is, a non-narcissistic god / goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'God' and focus on the 'God as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

teachings
which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.
And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?
Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?
The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.
The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
