Of course there has been much criticism received here over the years, when providing examples of humanity’s most prevalent (relative) liabilities which are based in duality, for using the thoughts and words and actions of religious fanatics as illustrations of humankind’s most warped perspectives and delusions and distortions.

Sure, the insane ways that parents behave with their children could be a ready source of such illustrations, like an example picked up in a grocery store (when more of us were still going into grocery stores) which was provided by a pregnant woman who was overheard to say to several women who were blocking the grocery store aisle with her that “it doesn’t hurt to have margaritas when pregnant if you keep it to just a few a week. I did it with my first child.” 

On the next aisle over where I crossed paths again with two of the women who had been listening to the margaritas-while-pregnant advocate, one woman was heard to say to the other, “Yeah. She says that but her first child is three-and-a-half-years old and is still not able to say a single word.” 

(Linkage? No one knows since "the cause of all is all"; however, it is certain that many causal actions can join to generate any present circumstance or result or outcome.)

Or, examples could be drawn from the 98% of persons living in capitalistic societies who are suffering from financial insanity and therefore have no savings at all and who continue to accumulate huge debts and who do not pay their taxes and are taking out consolidation loans to pay off the $100,000 owed on four credit cards and then immediately begin to load those cards back up to the max.

And of course the thoughts and words and actions of political leaders provide a ready source of the nonsense that comes when dualistic thinking prevails.

Yet none of those groups include over 99% of all persons on the planet. Only persons involved with organized religions (97%) or spiritual groups (2%+) are that pervasive, so of course their thoughts and words and actions will always make up the largest pool with examples of total nonsense.

So it was some time back in another store that my path crossed that of a woman who works in a Christian church and who has a pregnant daughter who had gone in that morning for her first ultrasound to check on the status of her fetus. 

There had been great anxiety all week, she said, because an ultrasound can reveal problems with position or size, a problem as a result of a too-slow heart rate, a problem with placenta that has dropped and is covering the opening in a pregnant woman’s cervix, or any of the other many potential problems revealed if the ultrasound is used along with other tests to detect birth defects such as Down Syndrome.

The mother was still very emotional when she reported that the ultrasound showed that all was progressing as well as she and her daughter had hoped for. Then she added this comment about her daughter: “She had many prayers going for her in the last 24 hours.”

Note all of the evidence of her levels of ignorance and insanity and arrogance (and the masses' typical levels of ignorance and insanity and arrogance) which can be illustrated by that one statement:

As with the woman discussed yesterday who made a public pronouncement about how peaceful and worry-free and anxiety-free she was because she "turned everything over to God," this woman with the pregnant daughter was also putting on public display her supposedly-high level of godliness and how hooked up she was with “that Power.”

First, she illustrated the two key addictions of all humans which are discussed here: (a) the primary addiction to control and (b) the secondary addiction to power in order to be able to control.

Next, she also illustrated the distortion and delusion that the masses live with as a result of believing that they have a Power available which they can tap into and use to change the course of events on earth.

She typified in that one statement the extent of humanity’s duality-based nonsense and arrogance and desire to control and desire to be able to tap into power / Power – all rooted in (1) programming, conditioning, etc. and in (2) the totally-bogus beliefs which the masses buy into.

Because the faith which she is so proud of has blocked access to the universal consciousness and to sanity and to wisdom, it would have been useless to ask:

“So let me see if I understand what you’re saying. You are saying that your daughter had an ultrasound Thursday morning. But you are also saying that Wednesday morning you had a host of persons who began praying for positive results? 

And you are saying those prayers went on for 24 hours (so you had people stay up and pull an all-nighter to pray)”? And you are saying that those prayers had a positive impact on the test results and on the fetus and the pregnant daughter?

And you are also saying that it may very well have been the case that on Wednesday morning the heart rate of the fetus was a low 90 bpm but the prayers you arranged for may have been what elevated the heart rate to a healthy 160 bpm by the next day? 

And you are saying it might have been that the fetus had Down Syndrome 24 hours earlier but that your prayer chain inspired divine intervention and by Thursday morning the Down Syndrome had been cleared up? 

And while the positioning of the fetus was problematic on Wednesday morning, the prayers led to the fetus being turned and realigned into a beneficial position? And while the dropping of the placenta was problematic on Wednesday morning, the prayers caused the placenta to rise back into it normal position?

Or, is it possible, that what you are saying is, “I am so hooked up with my God that I believe that I can change the course of events on earth and in our state and in our city and inside a womb”? Or are you saying, “I have power via my Power to control the state of a fetus and change it from bad to good in 24 hours”? 

Or might you be saying that, “Because I have so much faith, my prayers are answered, so I have the ability to ask for or beg for divine intervention, expecting the laws of nature to be suspended just for me, and I can make that happen with the power of prayer”?

Or are you saying, “Actually, I am so delusional, and my thinking is so distorted, and I am so out of touch with reality – not to mention out of touch with reality – that I really should be confined to my house by the local authorities and my family members”? In fact, aren’t you really saying, “I could not be any dumber if I cut my damn head off!”?

Maharaj said:

“First of all you identify something as being good or bad for yourself. Then, in an effort to acquire good or to get rid of the bad, you have invented a God. Then you worship such a God and . . . you pray to that God for something good to happen to you."

The fact understood by those who are no longer subject to the learned ignorance which leads to magical thinking:

No prayers to man-made, conceptualized gods or goddesses or a god can change the course of events; can change the course of hurricanes; can change the course of a flooding river; can change the sociopaths who are abusive employers or killers in the military or killers in police departments; or can change the course of the development of a fetus.

That is why some infants arrive in a fairly normal condition and why some arrive with treatable issues and why some arrive with major defects which cannot be treated and why some arrive stillborn. 

That is also why “sensitivity training” for those who can and do legally kill unarmed blacks will never lead to the elimination of their Sociopathic and / or Psychopathic Personality Disorders.

Again, “The cause of all is all,” Maharaj said, so whatever chain of events leads to a fairly-healthy child and whatever chain of events lead to a child born with serious defects cannot be altered by prayers.

Again, Maharaj made clear that “realization” is about treating the Ultimate Sickness and that the key traits of the Ultimate Sickness are “ignorance and stupidity and insanity.” So he made clear that realization is about nothing more than being freed from “ignorance and stupidity and insanity.” 

And that, in turn, is about nothing more than what humanity needs - relatively speaking - right NOW, not later. And he also made clear that the Ultimate Sickness is not caused by one knowing “too little dogma” and is not caused by a “spiritual malady” or a “sick spirit.”

Post-manifestation, there will be no "human" or "human soul" or "human whatever" which requires anything. There will be nothing which is going to get anything later or which is going to be able to avoid anything later. 

Once the three components which make up each “human” – actually, each “composite unity” – return to their respective universal pools (that is, the universal pool of air, the universal pool of plant food elements, and the universal pool of conscious-energy) then there will be no “one” to be rewarded or punished or to need anything.

Thus, the only logical and sane and sound justification for undertaking “the journey to realization” is to return to being guided by the pure, universal consciousness rather than the blocked, warped consciousness, NOW; is to allow warped perspectives to be replaced by reality-and-truth-based perspectives, NOW; 

is to allow humility to replace unchecked, limitless arrogance, NOW; is to allow wisdom to replace learned ignorance, NOW; is to allow stupidity to be replaced with common sense, NOW; and is to allow insanity to end so that sanity might be restored, NOW.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and 

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and 

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II 

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
