"Proper Perspective"

The relative existence can be quite demanding for the masses because they have been rendered “out of touch with reality” (since being in touch with reality / Reality only comes via the universal consciousness) and because it is the blocked consciousness (blocked by way of nonsensical programming, conditioning etc.) which is their only tool. Consider:

For several weeks, a man who was contracted by a neighbor to remove an oak stump was witnessed each day as his energy was sapped while his frustration and anger were fed by his inability to cut down the stump. Why? 

He did not have the proper tools. He was using a small hand ax to hack away at the stump, while was not unlike trying to put out a high rise fire with bottled water. He banged on the stump for a few hours, becomes exhausted, left, showed up again the next day, and started the same routine all over again.

Finally, he told the homeowner he was giving up. Another man was called to complete the job and he showed up the next morning with a large chain saw (with a bar length that was over 20 inches) and a portable stump grinder. Including clean up time, he came, did the job, and left in less than two hours.

On the planet at this time, the first contractor is representative of the masses who are trying to negotiate the relative existence efficiently and peacefully but without any consistent success. The problem? 

They are using the wrong tools - old, outdated tools which have been used for thousands of years - and which have been handed down from one generation to the next. Moreover, they have been given all sorts of “extras” which are believed to be helpful but which, for thousands of years, have been shown to any objective observer to be handicaps.

They have been given blinkers (a.k.a., “blinders”)

 

which prevent persons as well as horses from seeing to the side and from seeing to the rear;

and

they have had out-of-focus glasses placed in front of their eyes which now prevent persons from seeing clearly and which cause them to look at everything through a warped perspective

which prevents persons from seeing anything at all clearly and accurately;

and in many cases, they have had masks put on them by their parents and cultures 

 

which leave them totally blind. 

The message behind those examples: to believe that there is some magical, supernatural, other-worldly solution for relative problems which are centered in a human-made mind will assure that those who are suffering from the symptoms of the Ultimate Sickness will continue to suffer from those symptoms (which include "ignorance and insanity," per Maharaj). 

Yet that is the case for the masses because they have accepted the hand-me-down tools which have been passed down from one generation to the next. So to clarify why those popular tools are ineffective long-term:

Blinker / blinders: among humans, those represent what has blocked humankind’s ability to look to the rear, to look back to the past, and to see what did not work for humanity as well as what has blocked humanity’s ability to look to the side and see what is not working for most persons right now and what is working for a few now.

Out-of-focus glasses: among humans, those represent all of the warped perspectives which block clear seeing as a result of warped programming, conditioning, etc.

and

Masks: those represent all of the beliefs which (a) date back thousands of years to the darkest ages when ignorance prevailed and which (b) have been handed down and which (c) are now preventing the masses from seeing anything clearly at all. Number one among those blinding hand-me-down’s is . . . blind faith.

Consider what can be understood by looking at the mindset of “the sister-in-law” who serves as a perfect example of persons all around the globe who are using all three of those blinding, hand-me-down tools to try to negotiate the vicissitudes of the relative existence:

The very act of having been deluded, and then continuing to delude oneself and one’s offspring, while believing that the hand-me-down tools being used to try to negotiate the relative existence are really excellent tools, will prevent her and her children from finding a means which truly works and which might actually address the real cause of her misery and suffering and worry and anxiety and ignorance and insanity. And that is the case with the masses.

Mind-thoughts expressed in mind-language and then shared via mind-speak (claiming that an unsolved problem is solved) prevents the finding of the real solution which is necessary to put to an end once and for all the constant fluctuations and the continual chaos and the miserable instability which come with dual-mindedness and which guarantee the presence of the endless cyclings which result in an “I’m okay, wait, no, I’m not okay” mindset.

So why do so few realize?

1. Because - as Maharaj eventually came to understand - realization involves nothing more than giving up all of one’s beliefs, that is, getting rid of every parcel of ignorance which was taught and learned and which now needs to be un-learned; yet the last thing that most persons will ever consider is giving up their beliefs (all of which they think define them and all of which they prize and are willing to fight for and even die for).

[Moreover, one of the surest signs of the presence of ego and egotism - the bane and scourge and plague (Sickness) and ruination of all humankind - is a hearty defense of one’s parents and culture rather than an objective look at that which was passed down by them (namely ignorant and insane belief systems) and which should be discarded. 

Such defenses are rooted in the notion that “I am the product of those loins and I am perfect so those loins must have been perfect, too.” That is the core, eugenics-based belief of white supremacists . . . that one’s white, Anglo-Saxon, Germanic genes are superior to all others and that the genes of all others are inferior by comparison.]

2. Because they do not seek a new and more effective set of tools which might free them from their use of blinders and out-of-focus glasses and masks which perpetuate ignorance and insanity. And why do they not seek those tools? Because they believe this:

“If the blinders and out-of-focus glasses and masks which my parents used were good enough for them, then they are good enough for me. And what is the proof of that? Just look at how I turned out. Pretty damn good, if I do say so myself.”

Such non-seekers are convinced that they have not only relative power but also have at their disposal some “Noumenal, Other-Worldly Power” that they can manipulate to their “benefit” throughout the phenomenal existence. Those who are convinced that they already know it all shall not seek any new information, and, to their greater detriment (relatively speaking) they will certainly not question and set aside all of the information / beliefs which they have been given and which they have accumulated and which they now hold to be more dear and precious beyond all else.

Many a prospector during the days of the California gold rush stopped their search in order to rush their fool’s gold to the assay office and claim their “reward.” All of the content of the "mind," which the non-Realized believe is so valuable, is nothing more than a current, prevalent version of fool’s gold.

What is required for freedom from continuing to use blinders and out-of-focus glasses and masks which perpetuate ignorance and insanity?

First, this realization: “Oh my gosh! ‘They’ fooled me.” (Again, the major obstacle to admitting that? The vanity and arrogance and egotism which come with (a) attached to false selves and (b) the unconscious / subconscious influences exerted by every assigned or assumed ego-state.)

Second, this understanding: “Although ‘they’ fooled me, I do not have to keep fooling myself.”

Third, this commitment: “I am going to seek an ability to start being able to differentiate between the true and the false, admitting that all I’ve believed to be true is actually false.”

Fourth, this commitment: “Once I can make that distinction, I am going to love my sanity and peace enough to protect it by listening no more to any of the pervasive nonsense that is being broadcast willy-nilly by fooled persons who are still completely fooled but who are certain that they are wise and sane and seeing quite clearly.”

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and 

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and 

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II 

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
