Some  ask: 

Why so much focus on the fact that Maharaj first

used a Hindu / non-duality compounded version of the Ultimate Medicine 

and later 

used a spirituality / non-duality compounded version of the Ultimate Medicine

but eventually

abandoned both and used a psychology / non-duality version of the Ultimate Medicine to treat the Ultimate Sickness in the place where it is is centered, namely, in the human mind?

The reply:

Because . . .

97% of the planet's population - in their effort to try to end misery and to end suffering and to bring about peace - are only familiar with (and affiliated with) one brand or another of religion which Maharaj saw first-hand did not provide any lasting "cure";

and because . . .

almost 3% of the planet's population - in their effort to try to end misery and to end suffering and to bring about peace - are familiar with one brand of spirituality or another which Maharaj saw first-hand did not provide any lasting "cure";

and because . . . 

only a very few are aware of what he eventually found can sometimes provide a lasting "cure," namely, a psychology-based approach which can sometimes address the actual cause of the key symptoms of the Ultimate Sickness which Maharaj identified as "ignorance, stupidity and insanity."

Because my daughter and her husband are both involved in the tech industry, they are fortunate in that both of their jobs can be conducted remotely, allowing them both to work from home and to trade off the task of parenting their two daughters during the day since their school is closed. 

As with so many people around the globe, they are trying to rise to the occasion even as exhaustion has become the "new normal" in their lives.

To try to provide their girls with some sense of normalcy in order to reduce the stress and angst of the isolation and the chaos which are now so prevalent, both parents are trying to offer some of the social markers which the girls are familiar with, including the Easter egg hunts which been organized annually for the children in their neighborhood.

This year, the girls' hunt was limited to the space in their backyard.

My daughter sent a short video clip of the girls' enjoying the hunt immensely. At one point, when one of their daughters was leaving the area where the eggs were hidden, their mother (being aware that her child was not going to find what she was looking for if she did not seek in a different way) said: "You might want to look over here."

Similarly, all this talk about Maharaj's earliest efforts to use dogma to try to guide seekers to find what they were seeking (only to find that it did not work)

and

all this talk about Maharaj's later efforts to use spirituality to try to guide seekers to find what they were seeking (only to find that it did not work)

led to what is no different from what my daughter understood:

if the one she cares about was to find what she was seeking, then she was going to have to search in a totally different area . . . in a totally different way.

That is the principle involved with the content in this series:

as with Pierre Curie and Marie Sklodowska-Curie and Thomas Edison and Henry Ford and Jonas Salk and Tim Berners-Lee and so many others - all of whom tried and discarded so many failed methods before finding the one which led to their discoveries or inventions and which they thereafter settled on - so too was the case with Maharaj (and so too was the case here).

Edison became famous for never giving up in his search for the construction of the electric light bulb. Of his tenacity and almost hard-headed way of never giving it, he answered a query about "so many failures along the way" by replying humorously: "I have not failed. I just found 10,000 way that won't work."

So too could Maharaj have replied humorously (and so too I could have replied humorously), "I have not failed. I just found two ways that won't work."

Humans have a multi-thousand-year history of trying - without any lasting success - to use spiritual principles to realize (that is, per Maharaj "to be freed of all learned ignorance and the misery and suffering it generates"), yet they continue to try that same method, generation after generation.

And humans have a 5000+-year history of trying - without any lasting success - to use religion to realize (that is, per Maharaj "to be freed of all learned ignorance and the misery and suffering it generates"), yet they continue to try that same method, generation after generation.

Why? Because their programming, conditioning, etc. lulls them to sleep and because they are ignorant of history and because they do not question what they were programmed and conditioned to believe on blind faith alone; thus, they "have not found the ways that do not work."To the contrary, they cling to the ways that do not work.

Moreover, not understanding that the ways they are using to seek have a long history of failure and have been abandoned as methods of seeking by the wise, they continue to use plans which have had thousands of years to accomplish what they would accomplish without having succeeded at all.

If you would take a "journey" to a particular destination and could choose to travel on either "The Train to Nowhere" or "The Train That Often Reaches the Destination You're Trying to Reach," which train would you board?

Well, it would depend on whether or not you have an ability to make conscious choices or have been deprived of the ability to make conscious choices because you are being driven by the subconscious agendas of scores of false personality identifications, yes?

Those who have not chosen the religion train or the spiritual train which they are on but allowed their parents or other family members to choose their train for them and who are now riding along in their sleep and who are not seeing that they have never reached the destination they have sought and are not going to do so, should get off the train they are on and choose to try another train instead.

But those who are sleepwalking through life because they have been render unconscious and unaware and unawake as a result of programming, conditioning, etc. will typically stay on "the Train to Nowhere" for their entire relative existence.

So it is, but here, the effort is being made to make a few aware of another train which they might want to catch and see where it might take them.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium. 

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
