HOW THE HUMAN MIND SHIFTED FROM BEING “AN ASSET OF SORTS” TO BEING “A TOTAL LIABILITY”

All clear and accurate perspectives come via the elemental plant food brain. All distorted and inaccurate perspectives come from the mind which is always warped by warped programming, conditioning, acculturation, domestication, brainwashing and indoctrination. 

The result: a near-universal need on planet earth for the masses to be freed from the effects of warped programming, conditioning, acculturation, domestication, brainwashing and indoctrination in order to be freed of warped and distorted and inaccurate perspectives. 

Author Jon Mills put it this way: 

"It's easy to condition the mind. From an early age we are instructed on what to do and say and how to think about the world around us by our parents. We are then conditioned by our teachers in school in preparation to listen to those we will eventually work for. It doesn't take much to form false beliefs about oneself, others, and the world around us."

"We are a product of our upbringing, our society, and the world at large. All it takes is a small amount of pressure from outside to press up against those beliefs that have been formed and we either fight back or flee. Very few accept new ways of living or alternatives to what they believe." 

So how did he describe what it is like once realization happens (meaning, "when one has become freed of ignorance, programming etc.) and a different perspective manifests? He wrote that one is . . .

"no longer blind to the world around him and to the pain of others"; "no longer so foolish to be driven to gain that which didn't last."; "felt empathy for the world around him and began to feel at some deeper level the interconnectedness of the world." 

He said,  

"It was as if life revealed itself as being like fabric woven together, actually connected in every facet of what we believed to be separate." 

For four years in the U.S., the leaders on the national stage were inundated with dualistic beliefs, so they were trapped in ignorance, programming, etc.); they displayed the perspective which is common to those being driven by the traits of the Ultimate Sickness (which Maharaj identified as "ignorance, stupidity and insanity"):

 

they have no sense of empathy; they have no sense of interconnectedness; they cannot understand how "like fabric woven together" could possibly apply to all humankind and animals and birds and fish and all of nature in general; and they are driven by their beliefs in separation rather than the Oneness." 

Moreover, that is what they pass on to their followers. Persons cannot give away anything other than what they themselves have. 

How spot on the pointers from Mills illustrate the difference in the common perspective and in the different but rare perspective of "the realized."

So the invitation is to consider certain excerpts from the book There’s No Such Thing As Peace of Mind (There Is Only Peace If You Are Out Of Your Mind) 

 

wherein these pointers are offered: 

1. To review, early human-like beings and human beings did not have “a mind.” In evolutionary terms, the mind is a fairly new phenomenon and is totally alien. 

Over many millennia, the human brain evolved from about one cup in size to the present three-and-a-half-cups in size, and it has only been during the most recent evolutionary stages that the human brain has developed sections which can store and retrieve information, that humans thus have had the ability to develop languages, and - therefore - have had the ability to teach and learn not only by experience and observation and trial-and-error but by the use of thoughts which are expressed in words.

2. Originally, the mind was an asset as far as the perpetuation of the human species was concerned, but it has now became a liability because what is stored therein is based in learned ignorance rather than in experience and observation and trial-and-error.

3. With the development of languages, humans became able to use the information stored in the mind to consciously process the information stored therein (that is, to think.

4. With the combination of the ability to think in words and images and to express thoughts in words, thoughts now control the words spoken and the words spoken now determine whatever actions are taken.

5. The result of the mind becoming a liability rather than an asset led to the development of the Ultimate [Mental] Sickness and humanity’s current entrapment in what Maharaj called “ignorance, stupidity, and insanity.” 

[Note: He did not say that persons are ignorant, stupid, and insane. He said that "the non-realized" (trapped as they are in their minds which are filled with learned ignorance) are driven by “ignorance, stupidity, and insanity.”] 

Next, according to anthropological studies, the humans who first began living "en community" spent an average of two-and-a-half hours per day involved with addressing the basic necessities of food and clothing and shelter. The rest of the day, they enjoyed eating with family and / or friends; they especially enjoyed any tasty edibles that they could find; 

they enjoyed the pleasures of sexual relations; they enjoyed rest and relaxation; they enjoyed the games they played with each other; and they enjoyed time alone, etc. The lifestyle they enjoyed was passed along, especially via conditioning, to their offspring who emulated what the adults had modeled. 

That kind of lifestyle is observable in the area where this house is located, but not by observing humans. It is only modeled for the most part by the deer that live here, and by the birds, and by the fish in the nearby lake. 

In other words, during that more restive period of human development, children were prepared to enjoy a relatively existence which could be marked by normalcy and decent levels of contentment and by some periods of joy and pleasure and even by occasional instances of bliss. That would change, however. 

Nowadays, with the Ultimate Sickness having spread globally, leaving almost no humans who are immune and who are now suffering the misery which the symptoms of the Sickness generate, children are no longer prepared for pleasure but are made ready to experience misery and suffering instead. 

And while being “prepared for” can facilitate the manifestation of peace and freedom and can set the stage for joy and pleasure to happen, being “ready for” will usually do the opposite.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and 

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
