Now, the discussion with turn to a different topic:
For the last four years, the U.S. has been run on the federal level by white supremacists
(a) who are sympathetic to Neo-Nazis views
and
(b) who foster the same resentment that manifested after the North won the Civil War and ended the use of black slaves to reduce what is usually the highest percentage of any business's fixed expenses (namely, labor costs)
and
(c) who have created and / or supported hate groups with far-right, fascist beliefs.
The parallels between conditions in pre-WWII Germany and conditions in the U.S. are so similar that one might conclude that surely history could not repeat itself so exactly; to the contrary, that is what history has always done. It cycles between darkness and light and between choosing leaders that are in the light and those that are spreading the darkness.
The ever-changing human condition is a tale of cycles and changes, but the constants which have led to chaos and destruction have always involved arrogance and egotism combined with the fanaticism which is rooted in what Maharaj called "ignorance, stupidity, and insanity."
All of those factors are based in duality . . . in dualistic belief systems. Is it not clear, then, what is called for to eliminate those suffering-and-misery-generating factors?

NON-DUALITY AND THE NISARGAN YOGA
vs.
BEING DRIVEN BY FANATICISM AND THE OBSESSIVE-COMPULSIVE PERSONALITY DISORDER
After losing WWI and being strapped with huge penalties and restrictions via the harsh terms of the Treaty of Versailles, the typically authoritarian, in-charge, in-control German people hated the outcome of the war and were non only depressed, hopeless, angry, and resentful but also prideful and ripe for rebellion at the same time.
A fellow came to Germany after that war and began giving speeches to Germans about their being "the superior race" and about the inferiority of all other races; about eugenics (the concept that some genes - namely, the Aryan genes - are superior and that all others are defective); about the belief that their government was weak and was allowing other countries to hold them back and take advantage of them;
about their rights not being being protected; about the belief that it was time for Germans to put Germany first; about the fact that minorities were being given preferential treatment over the Aryan masses; about all of the racial-and-control-oriented beliefs which would become known as "the Nazi agenda"; and about the notion that only the Nazi way of seeing things and running things could provide a solution for Germany's problems.
That fellow, Hitler, made clear that it was only he, and his belief system, that could rescue and save Germany. He said that it was all of "the others" - other countries and other races - which had ruined Germany; he then promised that he would be the one to make Germany great again.
Of course, he catered to the rich. The rest would have to fend for themselves and settle for lip service and the demagogy that made them feel so good about themselves.
That demagogy was like all demagogy: it appealed to the desires and prejudices of ordinary people rather than offering any reasonable and rational arguments regarding problem solution. That demagogy also led to the masses being willing to accept his eventual solution, called "the Final Solution."
In the end, that "Final Solution" led to the murder of 6,000,000 Jews from all across Europe and to the murder of 6,000,000 "others" including homosexuals and non-whites as well as citizens with physical or mental disabilities, including German citizens.
The end plan: What remained would be a "Super Race."
The ignorant, depressed, hopeless, angry, and resentful but prideful and ready-to-rebel masses bought into his story line and were soon being whipped into a state of fanaticism and euphoria, their arrogance and sense of superiority being fed by a rhetoric that blinded them to seeing that - instead of them having been a key contributor to their problems - that it was all of "the other nations" and all of "the other inferior races" which were the cause of all of their problems.
He stoked the fires of hatred which would eventually erupt in fires which initially consumed many other countries but which would eventually also consume their own. But he was methodical. His plan year-by-year chipped away at the norms and mores and values and humility.
He started his rantings and took power in 1933; however, it was not until 1938 when his anti-Jew, anti-anything-not-German teachings blossomed fully
and Kristallnacht happened as Jewish synagogues were torched and as
Jewish homes and schools were vandalized and as Jews were killed. Soon
afterwards, some 30,000 Jewish men were arrested and sent to Nazi
concentration camps. The torture and murder of some 6,000,000 Jews had
begun.
Hitler had also demonized opposing
political parties and eventually disbanded them all. He attacked the
free press and eventually shut them down. The message was sent, sometimes fairly quietly and at other times in a clear,
loud voice. The message? That aberrant behavior and constraint were no longer to be
valued and that his followers and supporters could fight back and do whatever hateful
deeds they wanted, assured that Hitler "had their backs."
How could all of that have possibly happened? It happened because the political leaders and the masses remained silent and let him do whatever he wanted without any restraint and without any checks and balances of power, reveling in their new-found hope that he was going to make them rich and raise them up to the status of not just a world superpower but to the status of the most powerful of all.
He began building up the military and built up a huge police force under his control alone. They would be used to end dissent and kill off any Germans who protested and did not "fall into line." Germany once more became a Land of Fanatics.
As noted, he took the time necessary to plant the seeds of hatred and arrogance and fanaticism and to allow those to grow into full bloom. Hitler came into power in January of 1933. He dropped the first bomb on another country in September of 1939. The Germans cheered.
It took him only five years to take total power and to gain total, unquestioned authority over the nation. That began a journey which led to a world war and which resulted in the death of somewhere between 85,000,000 and 110,000,000 people.
The benefit of looking back at history on occasion is that (1) it can show present generations what can happen and (2) it can provide a reference point for where a current nation might be in comparison to another nation which used dualistic belief systems to eliminate any concerns about
unity or harmony or concord or peace or love or reconciliation
and
to prefer fanaticism and bigotry and hatred and intolerance and madness and darkness
to
the light.

(1) fanaticism has long been the root of much of the chaos among persons on planet earth and that
(2) the roots of fanaticism involve:
(a) personality identification;
(b) the personality disorders which come with the adoption of personality identifications;
and
and
(c) that which is passed along via the prevalent ignorance-and-insanity-based programming, conditioning, domestication, acculturation, brainwashing and indoctrination which children are exposed to early on and which adults continue to be exposed to throughout their manifestation, including the addictive thinking which is prevalent in all non-realized humans.
From early on, humans are programmed, conditioned, etc. to develop the Addictive Personality Disorder with its initial forms, namely, the primary addiction to control and the secondary addiction to power / Power in order to be able to control.
Those two addictions explain why 97% claim to be affiliated with one religion or another and why millions more claim to be "spiritual, not religious," yet both are motivated by the agenda which they share in common, specifically . . .
their quest to be in contact with a Power or with Powers which will allow them to control what they want to control, including weather, relationships, the ability to extend the length of their own manifestation and that of those they are dependent upon, how they feel, ad infinitum.
And in all cases, fanaticism involves that which the sages for ages have warned persons about, namely, personality identification and the disorders which come when persons see personalities as real rather than as false identities, ego-states, roles, etc.
Those disorders include the Fanaticism Personality Disorder / the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, the Antisocial Personality Disorder, the Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and many others.
Kalmer Marimaa in "THE MANY FACES OF FANATICISM" explains the roots of the words associated with fanaticism thusly:
"The terms 'fanaticism' and 'fanatic' come from the Latin adverb fanatice (frenziedly, ragingly) and the adjective fanaticus (enthusiastic, ecstatic, raging, fanatical, furious). The adjective is based on the noun fanum (place dedicated to a deity, holy place, sanctuary, temple). We also find some similarity to those terms in the verb fano (devote). Combining together the noun fanum and the adjective fanaticus, the term 'fanatic' can be understood as a temple devotee who is orgiastic, inspired, frantic or frenzied."
"Webster’s dictionary describes a fanatic as 'a person with an extreme and uncritical enthusiasm or zeal, as in religion or politics'."
"Psychologist Tõnu Lehtsaar has defined the term
fanaticism as 'The pursuit or defence of something in an extreme and passionate way that
goes beyond normality. Religious fanaticism is defined by blind faith, the persecution of dissents and the absence of reality'.”
"Devoted supporters of a sport, athlete, sport club, game, musician, band, actor, or other similar attraction are usually called 'fans.' A fan might be loyal and devoted without having a fanatical attitude, but the inclination towards fanaticism is often found among fans."
"H. J. Perkinson sees fanatics as dogmatic people whose theories, ideology and proposed solutions are absolutely right in their own eyes. At the same time, fanatics avoid critical thinking when they ignore or are not able to see those arguments, facts, or consequences that refute their solutions."
Thus fanaticism often can manifest around attachments involving sports, athletes, musicians, actors, etc.; around anything which persons become addicted to; around politics; and around religions and spiritual movements and ideologies and philosophies.
Yeshu'a (Jesus) warned persons about when he said, "A dual-minded person is unstable in all ways," so when fanaticism manifests, it brings with it duality; dual-mindedness; an inability to analyze critically; a tendency to be frenzied; a propensity for ragingly and being furious;
an attachment to places dedicated to attaining power / a Power / Powers and which reinforce personas preoccupied with being holy; and, since holy means "different," a propensity to believe that one is different-from-others and therefore better-than-others.

THE EXPLANATION
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"
THE EXPLANATION
If
looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total
waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are
resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they
are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning?
There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept
of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa
Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in
close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and
glorify and give thanks to."
The
reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god
that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're
dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with
narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism
evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next,
in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had
her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part
of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the
"loving and caring" part.
"That
is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not
an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or
anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to
want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the
'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and
caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love
and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record
teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That
said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core
concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional
courage required to question the very existence of their institution in
light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children
and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of
billions of their members past and present.
And
that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about
why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to
continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and
conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will
they? Not likely. Why?
Because
what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the
international crime families which hold sway over the masses as
criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major
international crime families and which are the most influential and have
the largest memberships?
The
Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion
followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while
laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank);
Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers)
like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and
sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created
environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies
like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With
all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership
ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be
they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business,
politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and
they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the
driving forces at play.
The
masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their
groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem
because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the
people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the
masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved
with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the
continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate
the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types
of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
