To continue. Yesterday this was offered:

There is never anything offered here except (a) considerations and suggestions and invitations and (b) relative problem identifications and suggested solutions. 

Those that are awake, when they watch the recent interview with Walter Driscoll, notice that when he brought up some particular pointer and invited me to shared my take on that subject, this usually happened:

Without explaining the approach I was using specifically, I usually began my reply by directing the listeners’ attention to a relative existence problem, the solution to which involves in one way or the other the non-dual pointer or subject that Walter raised. And all of that dealt with "things relative."

Never do I discuss “other-worldly” problems or “Noumenal problems” or “post-manifestation problems” or “afterlife problems” or “next life problems” or “next lives problems. Why?

Because there is no such thing. For one to have anything to be concerned with or to deal with after her or his present, temporary relative existence ends, one would have to be present in some "world" after this one or present during a post-manifestation / post-mahasamadhi period or during some “afterlife” or as some reincarnated something.

And that is impossible.

To reemphasize: the current physical / no soul / no spirit body associated with any person’s name is actually just a composite unity. 

The body is an elemental plant food body. Through it is circulating air and conscious-energy which are both always coming and going. No speck, not a single iota of conscious-energy, remains inside the space of a composite unity for long.

The supply of that energy must constantly be replenished through the eating of food. At the point of mahasamadhi - or at the end of the present manifestation of the body and the confinement of the energy therein - the elements will return to the universal pool of elements;

the air will rejoin the universal pool of air; 

and the conscious-energy / consciousness will return to the pool of universal conscious-energy.

The elements could not even "stay together" during the manifestation, much less re-group after the manifestation ends. 

The epidermis was constantly coming and going. Every 28 days, an entirely “new” outer skin comes into being. Parts of the subcutis (the inner layers of the skin) were also being replaced regularly, such as the lining of the stomach.

“Inner” or “outer” individual cells have a finite life span. As long as mahasamadhi has not been taken, when skin cells die off, they are replaced. During a human’s lifetime, human cells are constantly dying and being replaced.

If they cannot stay together during a lifetime, how could they possible re-group during a post-life? They cannot, so there is no such thing as a “post life.”

That being the case, then the last thing any seeker should be occupied with or preoccupied with is the dreamed up, totally fictional concept of an “afterlife” or “after lives.”

With 97% of the people on the planet claiming an affiliation with one religion or another (or one cult or another) then right off the bat, 97% believe in an afterlife or a post life or a Noumenal existence or a series of multiple reincarnations and multiple lives.

Talk about “The Greatest Bullshit Story Ever Told”!

Add in the millions from the “We are not religious! We are spiritual!” crowd and you’ll understand why Maharaj’s third estimate of how many will ever “get” the non-dual understanding was “one out of ten millions.”

Buying into that BS story and the post-life concepts the story has generated, consider how many trillions went through any entire existence while being completely fooled;

consider how many trillions went through any entire existence while living in constant fear because they were “good, God-fearing people”;

consider how many trillions went through an entire existence while ignoring the pleasures and joys of the AM-ness while being preoccupied with trying to qualify for eternal rewards and trying to avoid eternal punishment.

Talk about “needless work that just complicates one’s life and diminishes the opportunities to relax and take it easy.”

Maharaj dealt with religion and spirituality and SELF-Inquiry in an effort to formulate an effective version of the Ultimate Medicine, but he would eventually cast those aside in order to focus on the psychological / mind roots of the Ultimate Sickness.

With that final “the mind is the problem” version of the Medicine, he offered exclusively a totally Nisargan invitation to seekers to “Just give up spirituality” and “abide naturally” instead. 

Yesterday:

To understand humankind and the personality-based motives that drive persons to become addicted to their religious and spiritual and SELF-focused workaholism and to understand the Ultimate Sickness and how it also drives humanity via what Maharaj identified as “ignorance and stupidity and insanity” is to understand specifically what humans are in the grip of and why they will never - en masse - be free of the influence of the motivating factors which are driving their self-interests in regards to their religious and / or spiritual and / or SELF-centered work. 

One regular visitor to the site said that the religion and spirituality and SELF-Inquiry being discussed on this site are really all about humanity’s efforts “to explain the Ultimate.” 

That erroneous conjecture overlooks the excessive collection of the other motivators which are at play among humans, it being those other factors which have hooked trillions of persons over the millennia into playing their religious, spiritual, and Supreme Self games. Moreover, there is no "Ultimate" to understand. (If there is "the highest," then there must also be "the lowest." Total dualistic nonsense.)

So what are the motivators at play which will assure that persons for the most part will never abandon their religious and / or spiritual and / or SELF-Inquiry workaholism?

THEIR DESIRE FOR CONTROL AND POWER 

Recall that the two most prevalent addictions among humans are (1) an addiction to control and (2) an addiction to power (and Power) in order to be able to control. 

Next,  

DUALITY AND WANTING AND GETTING 

Maharaj: "First of all you identify something as being good or bad for yourself. [DUALITY]. Then, in an effort to acquire [GET] good or to get rid of the bad, you have invented a God. Then you worship such a God and . . . you pray to that God for something [WANTING] good to happen to you." 

The desire for getting drives the three key forms of needless workaholism as humans try to get rewards now and rewards later. 

Then,  

FEAR 

The beliefs of the ancients regarding the existence of multiple gods and goddesses have been passed down right up to this day to billions who now also believe that there are three types of gods – the Creator Gods, the Sustainer Gods, and the Destroyer Gods. After Abraham, trillions have been convinced to believe in “One True God.” 

Yet that supposed god would have to be totally schizophrenic and co-dependent and trapped in duality because "He" is supposedly performing the three tasks which were supposedly being performed by many different specialized gods. Thus, there are now billions who believe that "the one True God" creates and sustains but is also willing to destroy as well. 

Thus, he’s happy at times and sad at times and - per their belief - it’s humans who are determining, co-dependently, how "HE" feels and what his mood is at any given moment; he can supposedly love unconditionally but will simultaneously send most people off to the fires and torment and torture of an eternal hell; 

and he is capable of being loving or being enraged. Talk about unstable. The concept of eternal punishment can generate inordinate levels of fear and anxiety, but it will also generate inordinate levels of really nonsensical beliefs.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and 

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and 

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II 

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
