The last post ended with this:

The realized understand that children arrive with no mind but that the effects of domestication (that is, of what went on in his dysfunctional home environment) inspired him to assume the Enneagram Type Eight Personality. 

That personality type inspires the assumption of several personas, including “The Boss,” “The Assertive One,” “The Controller,” “The Master,” “The Confronter,” “The Sociopath,” “The Combatant,” and “The Destructive One” as a result of wanting to have control and power in order to stop the parental ignorance and stupidity and insanity that - as a child - he is having to deal with all day long, every day. 

Because of the relative existence impact of Personality Style Eights on persons and business and politics and local and state and federal and international crises, they will often be discussed here in particular.

348. When there is no understanding of non-duality, there is no realization; when there is no realization, there is no sense of the oneness; when there is no sense of the oneness, there is no Real Love; and when there is no Real Love, there is instead ignorance, stupidity, insanity, judging, hatred, resentment, a sense of separate-from-ness, apart-from-ness, different-from-ment and - ironically - a sense of inferiority alongside a sense of superiority and better-than-ment. 

349. That’s not evil. That’s insane. And that is why Maharaj made clear that his teachings were aimed at addressing and eliminating “ignorance, stupidity, and insanity” . . . not “evil.” 

350. Maharaj said that someday science would advance to the point that it would be able to prove the ancient, non-dual teachings. He was spot on. 

351. Of course science has never been necessary for the Understanding since all that one needs to know is within, but science today does reaffirm the veracity of the teachings. 

352. What is offered here could be called “Applied Advaita” which allows seekers to realize, which allows some seekers to be restored to sanity, and which then allows the Absolute and the Understanding and the Original Nature to be overlaid on the relative for the remainder of the manifestation, thus eliminating ignorance, stupidity, and insanity. 

353. Much of what Maharaj taught was rooted in psychology, meaning the scientific study of “the human mind” and its functions, esp. those affecting behavior in any given context. 

354. He said, “‘What am I?’ is the fundamental question of all philosophy and psychology. Go into it deeply.” 

355. In conjunction with non-duality’s focus on the relative problems that are rooted in personality, “going deeply” into that which can be revealed via an understanding of psychology can provide an understanding that most will never have regarding the events being discussed here and the events that mark their own daily existence. 

356. To understand 

(a) the distorted and perverted machinations of the conditioned and programmed mind in addition to 

(b) the consequences of personality identification 

can move one along the “path” to Full Realization. 

Maharaj also made clear that reaching the Full Understanding is one of the “end goals” but that the avoidance of misunderstanding is critical along the way. 

357. How different the relative existence would be if the masses around the globe did not misunderstand and realized instead that psychology’s scientific study of the mental functions (and dysfunctions) of the “mind” could reveal how the “mind” drives dysfunctional behavior. Then, persons might stop misidentifying the cause of dysfunctional behavior as “the presence of evil in the world.” 

358. Moreover, what if persons no longer misunderstood and realized that the last time that they were unconditionally happy and content was early on, during “The Child Ignorance Stage” (or while in “The Child No-Knowing State”) when they had no beliefs and, therefore, had no body-mind-personality identification? 

359. A child feels a sense of oneness or unity early on, usually with a mother if she is the primary caregiver. 

360. The child is considered to be a delight right until it enters the stage that parents refer to disparagingly as “The Terrible Two’s.” What happened? What happened is that the child discovered its body, and with that the child lost a sense of oneness / Oneness and developed a sense of two-ness and separate-from-ness and apart-from-ness and a sense of different-from-ment. 

361. The child might discover its hand first, then a foot. It will become fascinated with those “newly-found parts,” and the fascination usually lasts for the remainder of the relative existence as body identification drives the “mindset” of “Give my body all of the attention and pleasure you possibly can, and assure that it avoids the experiencing of any pain no matter what the cost might be.”  Eventually, that develops into a “numb me out” mentality with millions, if not billions, of persons.

362. Soon programming and conditioning and domestication and acculturation and brainwashing and indoctrination generate a “mind” and fill it with nonsense and fiction. 

363. Identification with “the mind” follows, as well as identification with the multiple personalities that are assigned and assumed. 

364. What follows is the development of multiple personality disorders. 

365. The more self-identified and self-absorbed that persons become, the greater the chance that a sociopathic personality disorder will develop. With more non-realized persons on the planet than ever before, there will be more sociopaths than ever before (and, therefore, more fighting and beatings and stabbings and robberies and muggings and shootings and killings and bombings and wars and genocides).

366. There should be no surprise, therefore, that more selfish, self-centered, destructive, harmful, and criminal behavior (relatively speaking) is manifesting in “personal relations,” national relations, and international relations. 

367. While some researchers suggest that a lack of empathy can have a genetic component, it is programming and conditioning and domestication and acculturation and brainwashing and indoctrination which have most often resulted in body-mind-personality identification, which have resulted in a planet’s population being driven by dualistic concepts, ideas, notions, and ideas, (a.k.a., “beliefs”), and which now assure that truly bizarre personality traits and behaviors will manifest to degrees never before imagined. 

368. There is an option other than the ignorance and stupidity and insanity (which was referenced by Maharaj and that fill and control the minds of the non-realized): heed the teachings of the sages that have long advised persons to be rid of body-mind-personality identification, to be rid of self-absorption, to be rid of the influence of the nonsense in the “mind,” and to stop being driven by the subconscious agendas of personality and personality disorders and personas. 

369. The Ultimate Medicine is not a cure-all, but it can certainly address much of the ignorance-and-stupidity-and-insanity-driven behavior that is being witnessed nowadays. 

370. Will that happen on a widespread basis? No. The non-realized are proudly identified with their personalities / personas (which determine and drive their every thought and word and action).

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and 

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and 

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II 

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
