Nine Relative Existence Actions Which Can Help Shift Persons from Unhealthy Stages of Disintegration to Liberation

 Since ego takes the composite of all of its false identities to define “who it is,” there is a major emotional investment among persons in terms of the value given to their false roles and to the amount of energy that ego is willing to expend in trying to preserve and sustain ego’s false images.

The resulting emotional intoxication prevents the re-purification of the consciousness and prevents any shift from (a) the unhealthy stages of personality disintegration to (b) the highest level of liberation.

(Liberation here refers to freedom from the influence of ego, freedom from the misery and suffering that are always generated by the corrupted consciousness, and then true freedom, period.)

Only a quality of consciousness - only the completely re-purified consciousness - can provide any quality of happiness. Ego dulls the quality of the consciousness; then, the ego-driven disintegration of the personality can lead not only to misery and suffering but also to physical destruction as well. 

For one to be happy, the lies of the ego must be abandoned (which will happen if the consciousness is re-purified). Even if you find that you’re unable to reject immediately the influences of whichever of the Nine Personality Types are driving you, you can at least begin to wear those types with a lightness rather than as a weighty armor that the ego is using to shield its false identifications and personas. 

So what actions can free you from the unhealthy stages and shift you into a state of total liberation? 

The nine actions begin by providing a method to address the needs of those at level nine and then provide a step-by-step process to shift persons from there to the highest level: total liberation.

The Nine Actions

(The early actions on the list are about survival in the relative existence. The Later actions are methods for reaching a state of Full Realization and Full Liberation)

Action One

Action one is recommended for those who have disintegrated to the ninth level: intervene by relocating to an environment that can provide safety; move away from triggers

Action Two

Start to understand the personality and what causes it to disintegrate; begin to study the ego and its role in that process; seek out those who are in touch with reality

Action Three

Along with removing yourself from triggering people, triggering places and triggering things, begin to consider the possibility that a false “self” (or selves) might have been driving you throughout the entirety of your life and preventing you from finding the authentic

Action Four

Engage in activities and exercises that can begin to deflate the ego; begin uncovering the personas (the states-of-being) that inspire aggressive behaviors in defense of ego-generated identities

Action Five

Continue to uncover the roles that you have been playing, the images that you have cultivated (or accepted when assigned to you), and the ego-states or states-of-being that have taken away from you an ability to control your own behavior and life

Action Six

Engage in exercises and disciplines that lead to an awakening, to an awareness of all that you have not previously been aware of; submit to a process of inventory that allows the understanding of “psychological projection” in order to inventory yourself (your “self”), to be free of belief in every false, imagined “self and in every false, imagined Self.

Action Seven

You are re-integrating by this point, but not totally free of ego-identifications; as you continue seeking to be totally free of ego and false personas, consider ways in which your individual strengths and newly-gained awareness might be employed in order to provide for your own basic needs as well as to set the stage for your assets to be used to the benefit of other

Action Eight

Commit to spending whatever time and effort is required to become free of the illusions of false identities, of ego-states, of states-of-being, of roles, and of anything that is artificial and that blocks awareness of the authentic

As for “Action Nine,” understand that my Cherokee Grandmother’s family and her ancestors for thousands of years did not use allopathic medicine methods but used holistic and naturopathic medicine methods to heal the body.

Grandmother was said to be a “Medicine Woman / Healer.” She often used products made from botanicals / plants to compound herbal treatments for (a) shorter-term illnesses such as migraines, cuts or lesions, flu, pneumonia, etc. and herbal supplements for (b) longer-lasting illnesses.

While those are available as pills, powders, or tinctures, Grandmother more often blended them and brewed them as tea.

It should be noted that while some herbal supplements being marketed nowadays are not safe at all, the forms Grandmother used were side-effects-free and often highly effective. Beginning with my days with Grandmother treating me and continuing to this day, I use only those products that have been tested for purity and efficacy.

For example, I has a cousin named Delores who was plagued with migraines of the most serious type. Some migraine sufferers might have 3 to 5 serious effects during a seizure; other sufferers might have 3 to 5 other serious effects.  

Delores had almost all of the effects which can come with such seizures and could be debilitated and bed-ridden for days unless she was driven to our Grandmother’s cabin for immediate treatment.

The moment Delores and her family drove up to the front of the cabin, without any words being spoken, Grandmother and I went into action. I would grab the basket I used to carry the plants Grandmother would cut and she would head off into the woods with me following.

She would fill the basket and then we would return to the cabin. During the time Grandmother and I were collecting plants, my uncle (the father of Delores) would have built a fire in Grandmother’s wood burning stove and would have a pot of water boiling.

Grandmother and I would usually separate the other parts of the plant from the stem (though she did use the stems as well on occasion) and then Grandmother and I would place it all in the boiling water and she would make what I still recall as a rather bitter brew each time I used one of her tinctures.

After a short boil, she removed the brew from the pot and poured it all into another pot, cover it with a lid, and then allow it to to steep or soak for a time.

Then she would pour part of it into a cup for Delores to drink. Depending on the severity of the attack, Grandmother might give her additional doses every 15 minutes or so.

Then Grandmother would put her in a bed and cover her eyes to block out the hurtful light and let the herbs do their work. In less than an hour, Delores was completely healed. The migraine ended and the symptoms disappeared.

If they were traveling and Delores could not reach Grandmother in the early stage of a seizure, she regurgitated several times and then screamed in pain for days.

So that was how Grandmother compounded herbal treatments from botanicals / plants and that is how effective her treatments were. During the months I spent each year with Grandmother, I would witness hundreds come to her and leave after being treated.

None paid her with cash, but some would bring a chicken or - if during harvest time - some food from their gardens. Some might hang some deer meat or ham in Grandmother’s smokehouse.

So that was how Grandmother treated the physical symptoms of those who came to her; however, neither Grandmother nor her fellow indigenous people stopped with the addressing of what ails humans physically.

She and the indigenous peoples also knew that there are mental and emotional aspects which also need treating, so they passed down the tradition of each person having a “Medicine Place” to “visit” as well.

Grandmother taught me how to “find” a Medicine Place and how to visit it psychologically or vicariously.  It is an imaginary place though it often has elements of a peaceful place or places which have been visited literally.

She told me it would be “a safe place” or “a happy place” or “a mental location” that is visualized and that I could “go to” whenever a need arose to re-center and return to a peaceful state.

A key event in my realization process involved a vision which came one afternoon when I was in a theta state, that state which is associated with intuitive insights, dreams, or creative imaginings.  

Visitors that have come to this site with some regularity throughout the years are aware of that vision and how it unblocked the “gaps” in understanding which finally allowed me to complete the steps to liberation and realization.

In the vision, many of the images were based in the Medicine Place that I used during those pre-teen years with Grandmother, a Place which contained some of the specific locations I spent time visiting  which were in the forests surrounding Grandmother’s cabin.

That said, we can now move on to a discussion of “Action Nine” “envisioning.”

THE EXPLANATION


If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you." 

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:


"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and 


"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
