From a site visitor: “Is widespread enlightenment a possibility? Is there a chance that the majority might be Realized someday? In other words, will there ever be peace on earth?”
F.: No. Too many prerequisites would have to be met (which cannot be met in the illusory "world" that persons believe in). The ultimate hindrance is always dualistic thinking that generates imaginary separation, so there will be fighting as long as persons cannot see the Oneness but think they see nations with contrary agendas, states with contrary agendas, persons with contrary agendas trying to live together in their over-crowded cities, persons with contrary agendas living under the same roof, and individuals with their own internal, conflicting agendas.
The hindrances to peace include a bastardized food supply that creates imbalances in the food body, the bastardized consciousness, and the self-ish motives that come from the multiplicity of ego-states that drive individuals and societies; that is, the problems of humankind are always rooted in the triad of the body, the “mind,” and the personality/personalities, and the problems are only destined to get worse because the food body will suffer more and more from the contaminated food supply, the expansion of concepts will continue to expand the “mind” that must instead disappear for peace to happen, and the ego which thrives on its sense of separation will expand as more and more ego-states are accepted by persons as defining “who they are.”
PEACE ON EARTH WITHOUT PEACE IN THE PERSON OR IN THE HOME?
First, what possibility is there that humankind can come up with a method for having “peace on earth” if a single person cannot be at peace in his/her own home or if two people cannot come up with a method for having “peace in a home”? Look at so-called “relationships” today where, in the U.S., a 62% divorce rate exists. (Some in other countries brag that their numbers are lower, but in cultures where the man can leave, but the woman will be stoned if she tries to leave, then their “lower divorce rate” can hardly be taken seriously.) How can “peace on earth” happen when ignorance and insanity are the new norm? Look into the homes here and see that those stupid and insane persons are the same people who are leaving their homes to go out and run “the world”:
In homes today where married or co-habitating members of the opposite sex supposedly want to live together in peace (“supposedly” since ego-states prefer chaos over peace) see what the macrocosm of “your world” is up against by looking at the microcosm. Men are stupid as a result of being driven by the dichotomy of their ancient, caveman mentality and their modern programming. Women are insane as a result of biological instabilities combined with the frustation of living in “a world" dominated by men with caveman mentalities and modern programming. How can stupid people ever live harmoniously with insane people? They cannot, but even worse, they don't stay in their homes. Instead, stupid and insane people leave their homes and fight in traffic to arrive at work where they fight with other employees and fight with clients and fight with other businesses as they all try to crush each other. Some leave their homes and go to governmental jobs where their stupid or insane decisions negatively impact the citizens that they are controlling. Other stupid and insane people go to the top offices in their lands and fight with those in the top offices in other lands, and when those fights happen, they end in "international divorce” (A.K.A., attacks, invasions, bombings, and wars.) If persons have their own internal wars going on inside, what chance is there that wars will not manifest across the globe as conflicted persons try to deal with other conflicted persons?

As long as there are persons (that is, the non-Realized who buy into ego-supported ego-states and the illusion of separation and the programming to accumulate…which leads to a sense of “need” and “want” and “desire”) then there will be no peace in persons. And without peace in persons, there can be no peace in any area where those disturbed persons move about without peace in their relative existence. Some want peace on earth without taking all of the steps to Realization (and without correcting the other areas mentioned above). What a dream it is to think that personas can have no peace but that the earth can be at peace; thus, the question becomes, “Is it logical to focus on the grandiose notion that peace can be brought to an entire planet, or should the focus of each person be on discovering why peace is not the norm for “individuals” and on what steps each person could take to bring about a shift in that condition?” Please enter the silence of contemplation.
