A REVIEW AND SUMMATION OF THE KEY UNDERSTANDINGS WHICH CAME VIA THE VISION AND WHICH WERE REQUIRED FOR FULL REALIZATION
Let's pause to look at the fact that Maharaj discussed the downside of conditioning, and the vision should make clear how the human experience is dominated by ignorance and insanity after humans are exposed to years of ignorant and insane programming, conditioning, domestication, acculturation, brainwashing, and indoctrination, especially effective when the "age factor" is understood.
I heard a man talking recently about how consumed he was by the dogma which he was taught in the church where his parents took his as a child. He confessed that for years as an adult he could easily and readily see how insane the teachings of other religions were. Then he went on to explain how he eventually became free of also-ignorant-and-stupid-and-insane religious beliefs which he was taught as a child. He said of the "others" for years:
Those Scientologists have a savior named "Ron" whose creation and destruction myth involved a galactic despot named Xenu who decided 75 million years ago to kill a bunch of people by chaining them to volcanoes and dropping nuclear bombs on them; that people have had multiple prior lives; that all need to be connected to a (pseudo-scientific) E-meter and undergo an auditing process in order to reach a state of being "Clear";
He spoke of how crazy Catholics are to keep giving money to a church that uses those funds as payoffs to cover up their long history of child rape; how they believe that they are actually - not symbolically - eating the body of Christ and drinking the blood of Christ; and how they believe that only Catholics can enter into the "kingdom of heaven";
Mormons, he saw, believe in magical underwear which can supposedly provide safety for the wearers; that their men must marry by proxy any woman who died in a single state so Mormon husbands can pull them through the veil and thus allow them to live in a new world in which the man is transformed into a god.
He said that eventually as an adult, after listening to his judgmentalism about others for years, some asked him, "But you believe that a virgin can give birth to a son who can walk on water and believe that he is the only one who can 'save' you and that when you die you develop a set of wings and become half-bird and half-man and will fly about heaven and the universe, being a guardian angel for other humans who are still alive?"
His eventual reaction: "Whoa! How could I have been so stupid?" Then he said he finally saw that it was all about . . . age. As a child, it was easy to get him to believe what they wanted him to believe via the use of ignorant and insane programming, conditioning, domestication, acculturation, brainwashing, and indoctrination.
As an adult, it was easy for him to spot the ignorance and insanity which other religions were teaching but that his programming, conditioning, etc. blocked him from looking at himself and seeing his own religion-based ignorance and insanity.
When discussing how to (and what to) realize, another elements of the "what to realize" part of that is to realize how erroneous the charge is that "you are the cause of all of your problems." Consider:
Currently, there are some 500 Boeing 737 MAX airplanes grounded around the globe after two of the newly-commissioned planes crashed within five months of each other, killing all 346 passengers and crew members aboard. Some company leaders initially tried to be subtle when they implied that "pilot error" should be looked into as the likely cause.
Eventually, "design faults" became linked to both crashes and any actions the pilots took or did not take would have been futile as they tried without any chance of success at all to override errors in the software which set both airplanes into crash dives.
Were the pilots "the cause of their problems"? Hardly. They were moving about inside a physical, man-made mass of materials which was burdened with design faults, with flaws implanted in the software which was, in turn, controlling all of the airplanes' actions. The pilots tried to make the airplanes' hardware respond to their physical efforts, but their efforts were futile because the symbols used in the software's coding were faulty and far more powerful.
A typical passenger plane if empty might weigh about 100,000 pounds (40,000+ kg); the weight of the symbols in the software coding is . . . negligible. It would take a highly-sensitive scale to determine the weight of a sheet of paper and the change in the overall weight if words were typed onto the page. By comparison, most could never calculate any difference in the weight of a blank DVD disk and the weight of a DVD disk with music or a movie recorded on it.
Now, let's look at humans and the causes of their problems and compare:
Maharaj said, "The cause of all is all." For example, what is the cause of your being here? Actually, a near-infinite number of happenings, one of which might have involved a scenario such as this:
It could well be that you are here and able to read this posting because some time between 3 million and 4 million years some "Australopithecus afarensis"- one of the earliest hominins - who was one of your ancestors happened to zig instead of zag when a rock fall began while he was foraging for food at the based of that crumbing cliff. Some of his fellow foragers were buried under the rock pile but he survived and that set the stage for him to exist long enough to impregnate a mate.
The chance result of his encounter with a landslide and a chance encounter with a female hominin and a chance encounter of sperm cell with an egg allowed the chain of your ancestors to continue and to lead to your presently being here.
Now, let's compare you and the causes of your problems to that of those Boeing airplanes.
Millions of people "crash and burn" on a daily basis, involved in one relative-existence problem after another. Some religious and / or spiritual leaders tell their followers, "You are the cause of all of your problems," not unlike those company executives who initially tried to blame the cause of the crashes on the pilots.
Eventually, via realization, some few among the masses might awaken to the fact that it is "design faults" that are involved with the millions of humans who each day "crash and burn" in one way or another.
If one understands the role that ignorant and insane programming, conditioning, domestication, acculturation, brainwashing, and indoctrination play in such "crashing and burning," then one can understand that the brain is the hardware but that it is the ignorant and insane software coding stored in the mind parts of the brain that is leading to humankind's daily "crashing and burning."
It can also be understood that when ignorant and insane programming, conditioning, domestication, acculturation, brainwashing, and indoctrination are unconsciously determining and controlling all of the thoughts and words and actions of the masses that there is no chance of success at overriding the errors in the software which lead persons to "crash and burn."
So are you "the cause of your problems" and are programmed humans "the cause of their problems"? Hardly.
Warped minds and the blocked pure consciousness are moving about inside a physical, man-made mass of materials known here as "composite unities." All "non-realized persons" (still trapped, per Maharaj, in their learned ignorance) are burdened with design faults, with flaws implanted in the software which is, in turn, controlling all their actions.
Persons can try via wishing, hoping, praying, etc. to try to make their hardware respond to their sometime well-intentioned efforts, but their efforts will always be futile because their software's coding was faulty as a result of their earlier ignorant and insane programming, conditioning, etc.
A typical adult composite unity / elemental plant food body might weight 100 to 200 pounds or more. By comparison, the weight of the software content stored inside humans' minds is near weightless by comparison.
Yet no matter how much larger the typical plant food body is in comparison to the content of the mind, that body will never be able to overcome the will of the near-weightless content of a warped, corrupted, lie-believing mind.
That is what humans are up against, and the reasons that they have so little success in overriding the ignorant and insane drivers of their thoughts and words and actions include the following:
1. Egotism. Egotism inspires a set-in-concrete belief system which says, "I'm right and you're wrong"; "I'm good and you're bad"; "My religion's teaching are spot are; your religion's teaching are totally crazy"; etc., etc., etc.
2. Denial. Another set-in-concrete belief system that is commonplace among humans says, "My caca stinketh not; thou poop doth much offend." They ignore the key facts: "If you spot it, you've got it" and "If you can see it, you can be it."
Maharaj came to see that SELF-Enquiry and finding some "Supreme SELF" or "Superior SELF" as an identity can generate both egotism and denial. That is why he eventually recommended that they search not for what they think they are but instead find all that they are NOT.
The vision is one tool that can, in some cases, assist with that effort.

THE EXPLANATION
If
looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total
waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are
resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they
are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.
Meaning?
There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept
of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa
Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in
close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and
glorify and give thanks to."
The
reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god
that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're
dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with
narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism
evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").
Next,
in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had
her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part
of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the
"loving and caring" part.
"That
is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not
an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or
anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to
want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the
'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and
caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love
and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."
Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:
"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"
--Yeshu'a (Jesus)
and
"Heaven and earth shall fade away."
--Yeshu'a (Jesus)
and
"Heaven and hell are not geographic places
but are states of mind, nothing more than
concepts dreamed up by men."
--Pope John Paul II
"There is no hell."
--Pope Francis, the current pope
in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,
a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record
teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.
[That
said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core
concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional
courage required to question the very existence of their institution in
light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children
and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of
billions of their members past and present.
And
that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about
why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to
continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and
conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will
they? Not likely. Why?
Because
what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the
international crime families which hold sway over the masses as
criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major
international crime families and which are the most influential and have
the largest memberships?
The
Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion
followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while
laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank);
Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers)
like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and
sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created
environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies
like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)
With
all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership
ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be
they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business,
politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and
they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the
driving forces at play.
The
masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their
groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem
because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the
people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the
masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved
with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the
continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate
the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types
of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]
