REGARDING
"THE 'SOMETHING' and THE ONENESS"
Previously, this pointer was offered for consideration:
To witness what is happening "here" and "now,"
"something" must have always existed. What that "something"
is has been - and continues to be - misinterpreted by the masses, their ideas
and concepts about that being nothing more than one figment of the imagination
after another among the trillions upon trillions of humans that have
"come" and "gone" on this planet.
Some conclude that "the chicken had to proceed the egg because the egg
required something to sit on it and keep it warmed until it hatched." It
took, according to that concept, "two-ness."
Similarly, some
claim that "because it takes two people to make a baby," then
humankind's roots must be traced back to a male and female and, in that case,
they had to have been created in order to start the earth-populating-ball
rolling." Again, more conceptualized "two-ness" rather than
"not-two" or one / One.
(A) As a result of the historical lack of understanding of science among the
masses (which continues to this day and which blocks most adults from
understanding the simple basics of "how 'a baby' comes to be" and
which blocks them from understanding that nothing has ever been born);
then,
(B) in the absence of an understanding of what science can reveal about the
subject of "not-two," the masses have been left to the devices of
their fertile imaginations which have resulted in the widespread belief in
"an Other-Worldly Creator" or "Other-Worldly Creators."
Maharaj noted that advances in science would someday reach a point where
science would prove the veracity of all of the non-duality teachings. That
point has now been reached regarding the way that life-forms on the planet
began from one, from "not-two." A recently-released report of the
latest scientific evidence that affirms the facts regarding non-duality
contains the following:
A remarkable new fossil discovery of amoeba-like micro-organisms that lived 570
million years ago could make scientists rethink some widely-accepted theories
about how complex life on Earth first evolved from a single-celled, universal,
common ancestor.
An international team of researchers analyzed the rock-encased fossils in
precise computer models created from high-energy X-rays generated using a
particle accelerator.
The scientists say they were surprised when the results indicated the
fossilized cell clusters were not animals or embryos. That is because it had
long been thought that fossils showing an apparent pattern of cell division
represented the embryos of the earliest animals.
Instead, they say the finely detailed X-ray images exposed features / patterns
that led them to conclude that the organisms were, “the reproductive spore
bodies of single-celled ancestors of animals.”
The microscopic fossils examined in the study were recovered from rocks
collected in southern China. The scientists say the micro-organisms lived
during the Ediacaran geologic period between 600 million and 543 million years
ago when multi-celled life was just starting to evolve.
Meaning, when multi-celled life-forms, including the animal-forms that are now
called "humans," were just starting to evolve from single cells, not
from two cells coming together after an act of friction. That method of
triggering the process of the cycling of elements would come later after
considerable evolvement.
All of that original singularity is an adumbration of the origins of "this
universe" because, as with the present, multi-celled life-forms that
evolved originally from a single cell, so the universe has evolved from one
hydrogen atom (explaining why hydrogen is now the most prevalent element).
All of that science, if understood, should provide (for the seeker that is
trying to understand the Oneness and the unicity and non-duality) a clear means
for realizing that
a. Oneness, complete Singularity, has always been the original nature of all
forms as well as
b. the seminal, determining factor which is
c. the primary and initial basis of all that has happened on this planet that
is . . . Real, that is . . . the Non-Dual Oneness . . . that deals with what is
. . . true.
All else - which is false - involves the non-real, totally-bogus, duality-based
concepts and ideas and beliefs that have been dreamed up, especially during the
last 5,000 years, largely by controlling and ignorant men.
Oneness has been the foundation of all that has happened, all that is
happening, and all will happen in "this universe." That merely need
be understood in order to complete the final steps on the "path" to
full realization.
Thus, Oneness is that which is “Real” and deals with truth; duality is that
which is not Real and that which is rooted in the false.
REGARDING "TRUE LOVE vs. 'love'"
One cannot find authenticity
without first finding all that one is not; one cannot find "True
Love" unless first finding all that love is not.
What those among the masses call "love" is the most magnificent
experience of all; it is also the most horrendous experience of all. With such
duality, how can that possibly be taken for “the Real”?
As for "feeling" vs. "emotion," if love happens as a
feeling, take the ride and watch the feelings rise and fall; if love happens as
an emotion—that is, if it is being "experienced" by a person in an
ego-state—prepare for war.
True Love happens neither as a feeling nor as an emotion. True Love can only be
understood post-realization when Maharaj's statement that "Love is knowing
that I am everything" is understood.
Once realization happens, and once “Reality” is overlaid upon the relative,
then the suggestion offered to visitors who come here (namely, "LOVE;
love") parallels the summative statement of Advaita ("I AM THAT; I
Am").
Post-realization, the relative "Am-ness" and the THAT-ness unfold as
One - as a unicity, "uni" meaning "one." Similarly, love -
as the relative expression of Love - manifest as one.
Previously, it was noted that multi-cell forms evolved from that which was
their original, relative nature, namely, single cells.
Copulation as a means of triggering the process that brings multiple cells
together to form multi-cell forms is a fairly new process in terms of the
history of the universe and this planet in particular.
If copulation happens after Reality has been overlaid on the relative in order
that an act of "love" coincides with an understanding of Love, then
one form of bliss can happen as well; if a relative act of "love"
coincides with a misunderstanding of Love, then multiple types of misery and
suffering will happen as well.
When the transition from a single-cell manner of populating the planet shifted
among "animals / humans" to a multi-cell and dual partnership manner
of populating the planet, what a nightmare was unleashed on life-forms
(including animals and human alike).
Nisarga (natural) living was recommended during satsang sessions, and the deer
and other animals in the wild were held up as models of abiding naturally,
which is still the case now. In the discussion of "True Love," it was
also suggested that the conflict and fighting that mark and mar so many
"relationships" and "marriages" is a new phenomenon in the
more than 14-million-year history of life-forms on this planet.
More than one visitor noted that "the way things happen in 'the animal kingdom' is no different from the way things happen on 'The Jerry Springer Show' with humans fighting with other humans over conflicts dealing with love.
“Look how bucks
fight each other to win the right to breed with the doe in the herd that is
most fit or how rams fight each other to win the right to breed with the ewe in
the herd that is most fit."
The reply: "Indeed, the result of evolving from the single-cell method of
populating the planet to the present multi-cell method of populating the planet
has unleashed more emotional intoxication and conflict and angst and misery and
suffering and murder in the last few hundred thousand years than happened
during the previous millions of years combined.
Nowadays in the U.S., 59% of all women murdered and 41% of all men murdered are killed during the breakup of a 'relationship,' but over a fourteen-million-year period on this planet, that scenario was the exception rather than the rule.
Just as copulation is a relatively new manner of populating in the planet's evolutionary history, so too is belief-and-concept-based conflict in 'relationships' a fairly-recent phenomenon.
It results when
(a) there is body identification and body desires and (b) persona-based desires
and fears and (c) the ignorance of not understanding the difference in Real
Love and 'love.' Those three combine to contribute to the manifestation of what
is now the typical 'Perfect Storm of Relationships' among ‘the non-realized’."
If there is no "do-er," and if there is no identity that is real,
then there is no "lover," either. If there is no lover, then find WHO
thinks she / he is experiencing anything.
Therefore the pointer that, if persons desire to know what True Love really is,
they will come to that understanding only if they first understand what
conceptualized "love" is not; otherwise, their belief in (false)
"love" will generate the subsequent belief in
"love"-related ego-states ("lover," "partner,"
"mate," "spouse," "parent," etc.) which always
triggers the use of egotism as a means of defending ego-states; that, in turn,
will trigger conflict.
Ego is believing that there’s a vast multiplicity arranged in a hierarchy and
that you’re the pinnacle; humility is knowing that you’re nothing, no-thing;
Love is knowing that you are everything.
(That said,
understand that ego, humility, and love and Love are merely concepts as well,
nothing more than temporary thorns that can be used to remove temporary
thorns.)
Can you, from the position of "As If Living" that follows full realization,
feel and share “Unconditional Love”? Not only can you, but you shall. In fact,
once again, no choice will be involved. It will just happen, spontaneously and
unequivocally.
