ARE YOU AT THE WET CHARCOAL STAGE OR THE GUNPOWDER STAGE?
(Most haven’t a clue and must be told)

Maharaj said, “. . . Personality is only an obstacle.” That point about personality echoes the pointers which have been offered by wise sages throughout the ages regarding personality identification.
While many have advised persons throughout the centuries that they might consider giving careful consideration to the maxim to “Keep it simple,” humankind has time and again been driven to “Make it complex, make it complicated, make it convoluted.”
How has that worked out? Note how the non-dual message offered by Yeshu’a (mistakenly called Jesus nowadays) was ignored and / or purged. Note how his leaving organized religion has been ignored.
At the First Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D., the formerly pagan Roman Emperor Constantine who had converted to Catholicism set out to unify the religious beliefs of all persons in the empire. He wanted each of their beliefs regarding religion to match his.
He determined to achieve that goal by using his secular power to establish doctrinal orthodoxy; that is, he set out to use political power to make Christian Catholicism the religion of the empire.
Today, in the U.S., 1,700 years later, that is still happening. Half of the politicians holding national office want to be able to end the current form of government and form a theocracy, just as Constantine did.
They want to declare the U.S. to be “a Christian nation” and to affirm once and for all that this country was founded as “a white, Christian nation” and that there should be no separation of church and state.
They want to use the Old Testament / Jewish parts of the Bible as a new constitution, thus legalizing the stoning to death of anyone who is gay.
As with Constantine, they want men to be in charge of all religious activities throughout the nation. Until the Council of Nicaea, women held all of the major leadership positions in the Catholic Church, but it was declared during that council that only unmarried men could be priests while any influence or authority by women would be stripped away.
It was also declared that only the men in charge could own a Bible, and that any else caught with a Bible would be sentenced to death.
As the council progressed, it became clear that Constantine’s agenda included eliminating all passages which referenced to humanity of Yeshu’a and the establishing the dualistic beliefs in a god of good and a god of bad.
Beelzebub (the pagan god of insects) and Satan (“the enemy”) were redefined as human-like gods who spread evil through the world. To that end, Constantine found 1000 pages which should be eliminated from the Bible.
As for keeping it simple vs. complicating the relative existence, and as for the god of evil creating all of mankind’s problems, a priest at the conference pointed out to Constantine a passage in which God supposedly said, “I have given you a simple life; humans have created their own problems.”
Constantine immediately removed that verse, saying that - as the case was with the 1000 other pages he had removed - “Obviously, the writer of that was not inspired by God.”
Similarly, throughout the millennia, there have been a near-limitless number of examples of the way that humans have generated their own problems and have chosen complication over simplification.
Those examples have been rooted in 1700 years of actions by (1) the Christian religion which have codified and ennobled duality and dignified it and elevated it to the highest levels of exaltation and praise and been rooted in (2) packing the human mind with belief in scores and scores of false, duality-based personality identifications.
Maharaj said, “It is all very simple”

The intent of the previous three posts was to allow site visitors to possibly find which personality types are driving their thoughts and words and actions and then determine which sub-levels are currently at play, psychically speaking.
The broader intent was (1) to allow each seeker to, maybe, have an understanding of how personality works and how it can disintegrate throughout the relative existence
and
(2) to provide an opportunity for all seekers to look objectively at their own psychic standing in ways - and at depths - never before undertaken
and
(3) to allow visitors to this site to see how complicated the lives of all humans have been made as a result of the effects of belief in false personality identifications.
Tomorrow, the discussion will continue by examining the effects of belief in the nine basic personalities and their agendas; in the scores and scores of other personas which humans have been assigned or have adopted;
in the effects that personalities have on humans when those personalities deteriorate, which they will; and how false identifications function on subconscious and unconscious levels to control every thought that is thought, every word that is spoken, and every action that is taken.
