THE SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE WHICH PROVIDES AN UNDERSTANDING OF "NO YOU-NESS," Part Two

Maharaj explained that what the masses take to be "knowledge" is really nothing more than "learned ignorance." Has the body of learned ignorance grown since the days when he was allowing visitors to enter his loft? Yes. Is the body of learned ignorance spreading more rapidly since the days when he was allowing visitors to enter his loft? Yes.

"Social media" is now spreading more lies than ever before around the globe and is now doing so in a matter of seconds.

It was seen yesterday that millions of non-realized persons now believe that babies / baby souls exist prior to conception.

In the past in most of the so-called "developed nations," students learned early on - via the science lessons taught in botany and biology classes - "how babies are 'made'," and they understood that the process begins with an act of friction involving two humans and a transfer of semen.

Moreover, it was clear that the transfer happens with manifested humans / composite unities now, not prior to manifestation. As much misunderstanding as there has long been regarding such concepts as "birth" and "rebirth," now the nonsense has been expanded because of a dreamed up and widely circulated cockamamie story about "pre-birth" and "pre-existent" babies or infant souls queued up in heaven with God each awaiting to be assigned to a couple on planet earth.

And that is but one of hundreds of thousands of bits of nonsense being bounced about in the ether and settling into the naive minds of the science-and-fact-ignoring masses who cannot differentiate the true from the false.

The result is also the widespread adoption of a commonplace belief that "the 'making' of babies" involves "a spiritual / supernatural ménage-a-trois" with an earthly father, an earthly mother, and a Heavenly Father" or "Creator God or Goddess." 

During the years when this elemental plant food body called "Floyd" was in elementary school and middle school, the content of the curricula in botany and biology classes provided an understanding of the all-natural, no-supernatural parts of the "reproductive process." Things have now changed in some locales. 

In the U.S., as the conservative right has gained more and more influence in politics in Republican-controlled state legislatures, more and more textbooks (and hence schools) are ignoring the reproductive science which was first generally introduced in the fourth grade when I was attending public schools.

The details of the process were covered in more detail in the fifth and sixth grades as children who would soon be entering puberty were given some facts which should have been considered relevant during that upcoming stage of development.

Now, in states where conservatives and evangelicals have a disproportionate level of influence and control over education and curricula, "creationism" is given more emphasis as evolution is being ignored, just as is the case with the "homeschool curricula" which are written by Christian "think tanks." 

In other, more progressive areas, biology lessons are still being taught which continue to include instructing students on the specifics of reproduction as "a characteristic of life." Lesson plans encourage teachers to begin by asking students what is needed in order for a species to survive. 

The point is made that, "in order for an organism to survive, it must at the minimum be able to find nourishment and other items from the environment which can be converted into energy which the organisms can use to perform functions which sustain life." 

Teachers are encouraged to "discuss various ways by which living things may acquire energy and materials, ways such as foraging for food, breathing in oxygen, vitamin absorption through sunlight, etc." 

Then, the three types of asexual reproduction are introduced: 

There are 3 types of asexual reproduction and it is noted that all forms of asexual reproduction use the genetics of one living being, resulting in offspring which will be genetically similar to the parent: 

1. Budding - This process is common in plant species. A "bud" grows on the organism until it has grown enough to become its own independent organism. 

2. Regeneration - Common to invertebrates, this is the process of growing limbs, organs or other tissues to replace damaged ones. 

3. Fission - Also known as binary fission, this is the process of an organism dividing into two separate organisms such as in cellular division. 

Next, sexual reproduction is introduced, explaining that the method requires contributions from a male and female of the species to participate in bringing together a sperm cell and an egg cell in order to trigger the process of the manifestation of a "living being." It is noted that this form of reproduction combines the genetics of two members of the species. 

The non-dualistic explanation begins even prior to the point where the male and female contributors of sperm and eggs existed, beginning with a discussion of a non-confining field of energy and a discussion of "THAT" and "energy-matter" and "one's 'Original Nature'," explained here in this way: 

All in the universe is energy-matter. As for matter, dark matter and ordinary matter are examples of the types of matter. As for energy, there are many types and forms of energy: chemical; nuclear; gravitational; mechanical; potential energy (which refers to any type of stored energy); kinetic; thermal; and both awareness-energy and conscious-energy. 

[RE: gravitational, see "space-time." The gravitational field can have three different types of energy density: dark energy, curvature and gravitational radiation. The point for non-dualists: awareness-energy and conscious-energy are not "special" and cannot make anyone or anything special. Both are just two of many forms of energy, so THAT is nothing special or "Special" or "Supreme" either.] 

Awareness is just a particular form of energy which is not aware of itself unless manifested and will remain so unless the consciousness can be unblocked at some point and can come to an understanding of what I am saying right now. 

Consciousness is manifested awareness which is potentially capable of being conscious-of conscious-energy and conscious-of awareness-energy (which can provide an intimation of that which is immortal or lasting or real). 

Consciousness of conscious-energy and of awareness-energy can only happen during the manifestation and only if all of the obstacles to understanding (which are passed along via programming, conditioning, etc.) are removed. 

Either way, after the manifestation ends, there will once again be no awareness of awareness or of conscious-energy, either. The point: consciousness is nothing more than a particular form of energy, capable of being conscious-of. From that field of energy can come, strictly at random, "manifestations." 

Those include the so-called "male human" and "female human" which contribute sperm and eggs. respectively, during the reproductive process. Various forms of introducing eggs and sperm cells outside of a plant food body, such as in the lab of a reproductive clinic notwithstanding, the more typical process of reproduction is this: 

An egg with conscious-energy and a sperm cell with conscious-energy become united within an elemental plant food body as a result of an act of friction; then, conscious-energy manifests within the resulting space as another elemental plant food body will eventually form. As more and more "food with consciousness" is consumed, more and more plant food elements transform into human cells and another elemental plant food body begins to develop in a womb. 

However, rather than speaking of "male humans" and "female humans," the realized speak of "composite unities." 

[NOTE The way that planet earth evolved and the way that plants evolved and the way that the forms of energy within plants - including conscious-energy - evolved and the way that life forms evolved and the way that plants with various forms of energy (including conscious-energy) can transfer that energy to other entities and pass along cells which transform into other types of cells, is a separate story which has been explained elsewhere on this site. We begin this discussion at the point where the evolutionary process had already rendered "human form" composite unities. The key for now: let it be noted that nothing about the "reproduction process" involves creating anything and only involves the cycling of elements and energy and air.] 

A composite unity triad consists of an elemental plant food body with elements which are ever-cycling and which is temporarily-housing also-ever-cycling conscious-energy within its space and which is circulating air, also ever-cycling into and out of the particular space or body. All of that cycling continues throughout the manifestation. 

[THE NEED FOR REALIZATION, THAT IS, FREEDOM FROM IGNORANCE: the stage is set after the manifestation of another composite unity for natural living, but nowadays, that seldom happens. Once a mind is formed and filled with nonsense via programming, conditioning, etc., then there can be a belief in "a person" and "a person with an identity"; then comes a belief in multiple identities, leading persons to be driven by various agendas or personalities which are often at odds with each other. Unnatural and supernatural living follows. The call is to seek freedom from all of that by seeking and finding truth and returning to a nisarga / natural mode of abidance. 

There are billions of "human-style" composite unities which are walking about the surface of the planet and who take themselves to have any number of personal identities. Most of them worship a deity or deities whom, those persons believe, also have Personal Identities. 

Yet the reality is this: billions mistake the composite unity which they temporarily are for a person - or, more accurately, for many personas - each with a specific set of agendas. For example, "The Husband," in order to continue to "exist" in his own mind, must work ceaselessly to try to assure that the one playing the role of "The Wife" will continue to play that co-dependent counterpart role to his so that he can "continue to be" and can continue to be "The Husband."] 

The key points as far as the "reproductive process" is concerned are these scientifically-based facts which support related non-dual messages: 

**Nothing about the "reproduction process" involves creating anything; instead, it only involves the cycling of elements and energy and air.

**The process among "human-form" composite unities involves an act of friction which can allow a sperm cell and egg cell to unite. 

**As long as all progresses naturally for nine or so months, plant food (or things that ate plants) will be consumed by the female and those plant cells will be converted spontaneously and automatically and naturally into human cells. 

**That cycling of elements will eventually result in another composite unity coming into being. 

**No "creators" are involved and no "Creator" is involved. 

**The reproductive process, if it happens in the typical fashion, will involves two composite unities, two cells uniting, and the formation of another composite unity. 

**"TWO" is the key number here, not "THREE." No third party is involved; that is, here is no "God" involved. The reproductive process is not "a ménage-a-trois process" which brings a god into the mix. There is nothing supernatural or spiritual about the process. It is an all-natural process involving a party of TWO and does not require either the participation of or the guidance of or an intervention by a dreamed-up "THIRD Supernatural Being."

[That said, well over 90% of humans on the planet believe that some god or god-like power is involved "at least in some way" with the conception process in humans; thus, a "kinky, three-party celestial element" has been added to the beliefs regarding the once-only-phenomenal-and-two-person act of conception.]

**Hence, there is nothing special or Special or Supernatural about the all-natural process of "reproduction." 

** And that is "how babies are 'made'" and that is all that is required to "'make' babies" (which, in reality, does not involve "making anything" but simply involves cycling already-existing elements and energy and air). 

Now some ask, "Floyd, do you really think that you have to explain to adults the way to distinguish between "the way that babies are made" and "the way that babies are not made?"

The answer is always, "In terms of the seven-billion-plus non-realized humans on the planet, there is always an all-pervasive need to explain to them the way to differentiate in all instances between the false and the true, and the nonsense which they believe about 'baby-making' is merely one of the countless numbers of instances where they have shown time and again they they cannot distinguish between true and false or between fact and fiction."

The disheartening part around their belief systems is that they reveal that the non-realized are not showing even a fourth-grader's, are not showing even a ten-year-old's, level of understanding while being convinced that they know it all because they believe that all the answers to any and every question is contained in their "holy texts."

And that will get you a series of widespread, nonsensical systems of belief regarding not only "births" but also regarding "virgin births" and also regarding pre-births and also in regards to all of the other near-endless quantities of nonsense as well.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]

THE SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE WHICH PROVIDES AN UNDERSTANDING OF "NO YOU-NESS," Part One

 We've looked at the implications of Maharaj's statement that "someday science will advance to the point that it will prove the validity of the non-dual message."

We have seen how erroneous the assertions made by one writer were when he told those with (relative) devastating addictions that "You are the cause of all of your problems" and that "All of your problems are of your own making."

(Even if his intent was to redirect the perspective of those who are the kings and queens of the Victimization Complex, the alternative beliefs which those two comments above have fostered have been shown - via the science of psychology - that the assertions are just as invalid as his audience's beliefs about being victims.)

Were persons able to see via scientific evidence what really causes their problems with addictions; with relationships; with work issues; with their spending issues and their financial insanity; with beliefs systems which assure conflict; with destructive habits which take a toll of their physical and mental and emotional health;

and with every other class of problems which generate human suffering and misery and distortion, then they might be able to take certain steps which are rooted in fact and truth and science to change their relative experiences and enjoy more freedom and health and stability.

So the first non-dual pointer which Maharaj offered to provide clarity around accurately understanding "cause" was the point that "the cause of all is all."

Were humans to be aware of the events which their ancestors and their fellow humans experienced and aware of the "close calls" which happened along the way when their ancestors escaped "death" during weather events which included storms and floods and fires, during tribal warfare, during plagues, etc., then they would realize that something "back then" as simple as "a" happening instead of "b" happening led to the termination of one reproductive chain and to the continuation of another reproductive chain which has resulted in their being present today. The cause of all is all.

Secondly, the science of psychology has advanced to the point that such false beliefs as "You are the cause of all of your problems" and "All of your problems are of your own making" are understood by the wise to be totally false.

Today, it is understood by the wise that addicts never consciously choose to be addicts and that their thoughts and words and actions are the result of the insane programming, conditioning, acculturation, domestication, brainwashing and indoctrination which they were exposed to in dysfunctional homes and dysfunctional communities and dysfunctional schools and dysfunctional religious institutions, etc. Those processes are among the "causes" of their behavior, and they did not program, condition, acculturate, domesticate, brainwash or indoctrinate themselves. In those six processes, they were "the do-ee," not "the do-er."

Next, a clear non-dual understanding based in scientific understandings can show that the drivers of thoughts and words and deeds are rooted (a) in the false body and mind and personality identifications which are assigned to persons early on and (b) in the plethora of other false identities / roles / personalities / personas, etc. which they will assume along the way. 

The non-dual understanding makes clear to the wise that "You are the cause of all of your problems" and "All of your problems are of your own making" could more closely point to the truth if modified to say, "The hidden, subconscious agendas of your assigned and / or assumed false identities / roles / personalities / personas generate most of your problems" and "Most of your problems are generated by the hidden, subconscious agendas of your assigned and / or assumed false identities / roles / personalities / personas."

It is a false sense of you-ness which sets the stage for all of the false "you's" and their desires and fears to drive the thoughts which drive words which result in the (relatively) destructive actions which generate the suffering and the misery which mark and mar the existence of humankind.

The non-dual understanding - which can be accessed via the science of psychology and personality - can reveal to the wise that (A) there is no you and, therefore, no special you and that (B) there is no "You," no "Special You," no "Supreme You," and no "Infinite You."

Were I to speak to any member of the non-realized masses - which per Maharaj's method of calculation would include all but a few thousand of the 7.6 billion people currently abiding on planet earth - and say to that listener, "There is no 'you'," or "There is no 'one'," or "There is nothing that is 'personal'," it is possible that every one of the 7.6 billion persons (less the few thousand that are realized) would be certain that I was totally insane. 

Politics and religion and spirituality and money and possessions and family aside - truth be known - there is nothing that the non-realized likely value more than self (or the false selves they use as personal identities). 

What is actually insane is the fact that if I were to ask rhetorically, "Where were you prior to conception?" while not expecting any answer at all, I might well receive over seven billion answers, so prevalent are the beliefs and concepts about a "pre-life" and / or an "afterlife." 

For example, millions of persons have bought and read a book entitled Sacred Contracts: Awakening Your Divine Potential. The author and self-described "Medical Intuitive" Caroline Myss claims to have found that "when people don’t understand their purpose in life, the result can be depression, anxiety, fatigue, and eventually physical illness—in short, a spiritual malaise of epidemic proportions." 

Maharaj's take: "There is no sense of purpose in my doing anything. Things happens as they happen — not because I make them happen but it is because I am that they happen'

and 

"Living is life’s only purpose."

He explained that this way: "The [real] does not identify itself with success or failure — the very idea of becoming this or that is unthinkable. The [realized] understand that success and failure are relative and related . . . that they are the very warp and weft of life. Learn from both and go beyond. If you have not learnt, repeat."

But the "Medical Intuitive" set forth this premise: 

Have you ever wondered what your mission in life is supposed to be? 

You probably know people who seem to have had their entire life mapped out from the day they were born. You may have envied their sure sense of what they were born to do — their work, career, marriage, and personal goals. 

And yet you have probably also wondered whether that was really all there was to it. So have I. The answer I found is that there’s much more involved. I believe that each of us is guided by a Sacred Contract that our soul made before we were born. That Contract contains a wide range of agreements regarding all that we are intended to learn in this life. 

It comprises not merely what kind of work we do but also our key relationships with the people who are to help us learn the lessons we have agreed to work on. Each of those relationships represents an individual Contract that is part of your overall Sacred Contract, and may require you to be in a certain place at a certain time to be with that person. 

So in each case, a "you," - existing prior to conception and "birth" in some kind of "soul form" - made a contract with other people. 

Now why, after reading the five paragraphs above, would anyone buy and read a book with those premises and then believe the concepts behind those premises? Only the realized can answer that accurately. 

Moreover, only the realized will see what Maharaj referred to as humankind's "ignorance, stupidity, and insanity" in the comments readers / reviewers offered about the content in the book, including such comments as . . . 

"Carolyn Myss explores the daunting questions of why we are here and why do certain issues occur in our lives." 

"A great read. If you are a believer in 'everything happens for a reason,' you'll enjoy this."

"The ideas presented in the book is [sic] unique but make a lot of sense." 

"The concept of having a sacred contract makes so much sense. Definitely worth it if you are wondering why you are here on earth." 

[If a person is "wondering" why she or he is here on earth, that person needs to retake 4th grade biology.] 

"This has been helping me learn about myself." 

[Finally, an accurate statement, except the reviewer does not know that it all about her false self / selves.] 

"I loved this book when I rented it from the Library [sic]. It opens the idea [sic] that our personal relationships become contracts that we live out in real time with real consequences. I love the book because it gives real life examples for easy comprehension of a new way of thinking. The book was in good condition, and shippped [sic] on time. I am happy to own this book!" 

[The library wants back the book they loaned / rented, but . . . oh well.] 

"So much to learn!" 

[So much to un-learn.] 

And finally . . . 

"To understand oneself in the days we live in has become a higher priority than ever before and teachers / guides such as Caroline Myss have offered us the opportunity to do so with amazing tools such as Sacred Contracts. It is an excellent read and very interactive to take Sacred Contracts onto the platform of our life which is our every day practice firstly by understanding ourselves and why we do the things we do followed by understanding of others and the roles we play in each others [sic] life and life with understanding is viewing all from a higher floor or maybe even the penthouse if we are diligent enough." 

[No comment can be offered after reading that series of comments which are so senseless that they might generate speechlessness.] 

Next, billions have believed that they did not have a single prior life to the present one but have had many prior lives. Maharaj asked how one could be born again if one was never born even once in the first place. He said: 

Reincarnation implies a reincarnating self. There is no such thing. The bundle of memories and hopes, called the 'I', imagines itself existing everlastingly and creates time to accommodate its false eternity: To be, I need no past or future. All experience is born of imagination; I do not imagine, so no birth or death happens to me. Only those who think themselves born can think themselves re-born. You are accusing me of having been born - I plead not guilty!" 

"Prior lives" and "post lives" and "multiple lives" and "multiple deaths" and "multiple rebirths" followed by "even more lives" or "an eternal life": all of those are dreamed up concepts / beliefs without a shred of evidence to support them. 

To the contrary, the most basic scientific facts debunk all of those concepts and all of the beliefs which have grown out of them.

Here, with those who are still driven to talk about "god," the "Son of god," the "Holy Spirit," "Buddha," "Krishna," etc., etc., etc., the invitation to them is to view those as verbs, not nouns.

THE EXPLANATION

If looked at as nouns, they point to illusions and are, therefore, a total waste of time to even discuss; if looked at as verbs which are resulting in certain sane but rare behaviors among humanity, then they are worthy of some attention during the relative existence.

Meaning? There are members of certain groups who say things such as "My concept of god in the past was of a weak god, an absentee god, A Santa Claus-type god, a mean, punishing, vindictive god, etc. Today, I am in close contact with a loving and caring god whom I worship and praise and glorify and give thanks to."

The reply to that usually goes like this: "If you are in contact with a god that wants to be worshipped and praised and glorified, then you're dealing with someone like yourself - a narcissist - and hanging out with narcissists will never bring an end to your narcissism (that narcissism evidenced by the fact that you think you are "godly").

Next, in the phrase 'loving and caring god,' any supposed god that truly had her or his act together would tell you that the totally irrelevant part of that phrase is 'god' and that the only part that is relevant is the "loving and caring" part.

"That is, a non-narcissistic their god / their goddess would say, "I care not an iota about being worshipped and praised and glorified by you or anyone else. How arrogant and insecure and needy would I have to be to want that? Forget the man-made, dreamed up noun 'god' and focus on the 'god as a verb' understanding and then go forth and let loving and caring be verbs - not adjectives - and let them generate the act of love and the act of caring and let those actions manifest through you."

Yeshu'a (Jesus) and Pope John Paul II and Pope Francis were spot on:

"No one shall ever see 'the kingdom of heaven.' It is within"

and

"Heaven and earth shall fade away."

--Yeshu'a (Jesus)

and

"Heaven and hell are not geographic places

but are states of mind, nothing more than

concepts dreamed up by men."

--Pope John Paul II

"There is no hell."

--Pope Francis, the current pope

in an interview with journalist Eugenio Scalfari,

a writer used by the Pope to issue off the record

teachings which become a part of the Papal Magisterium.

[That said, would that the popes who have shown the courage to reject a core concept of their dogma - namely, "hell" - would find the additional courage required to question the very existence of their institution in light of the centuries-long cover-up of their history of raping children and in light of the mental and emotional and psychological scarring of billions of their members past and present.

And that need for courage also applies as questions need to be asked about why so many other sky cults are still being supported and allowed to continue to exist as well. When certain types of programming and conditioning have been shown to blind the masses, they should end. Will they? Not likely. Why?

Because what the masses think and say and do is most influenced by the international crime families which hold sway over the masses as criminals conduct their planet-wide operations. What are the major international crime families and which are the most influential and have the largest memberships?

The Mafia / La Cosa Nostra; the Catholic Church (with it 1.2 billion followers) whose Vatican Bank worked for decades with the Mafia while laundering mob earnings (for a 15% all-profit charge by the Bank); Protestant and Evangelical Churches (with over 1.2 billion followers) like the one I was raised in where the youth director molested and sexually assaulted young girls; big business which has long created environments in which people have been abused; powerful political bodies like the U.S. Congress, etc., etc., etc.)

With all of those crime families, neither the followers nor the leadership ever voluntarily step down or shut down their criminal activities. Be they gangs, organized crime families, religions, big business, politicians, etc., they all want control and they all want power and they all want money, and nothing internal will interfere with the driving forces at play.

The masses must demand that all those in charge must step down and their groups and institutions must shut down, and there's the real problem because the continuation of their crimes are enabled not as much by the people running such crime organizations as they are enabled by the masses of people who - wanting some perceived "payoff" - remain involved with them and give them money and support them and aid and abet the continued existence of those criminal enterprises and thus facilitate the ability of church criminals and political criminals and other types of criminals to continue to commit their crimes.]

THE CONCLUSION, Part 2 of 2 

SO WHY REACH A "NO-BELIEF," "ZERO CONCEPTS," "NO MIND" STATE AS RECOMMENDED BY MAHARAJ AND THEREAFTER ABIDE UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE ELEMENTAL BRAIN RATHER THAN THE DISTORTED, FICTION-FILLED MIND? 

2 billion members of a certain religion believe that a virgin can become pregnant and can deliver a baby and can still remain a virgin; that there is a God and that God has a specific gender - male; and that their beliefs are the only right beliefs among all religions. 

1.5 billion members of a certain religion believe that there is a God, that God has a specific gender - a male - and that "He" wants the members of that religion to kill people who belong to a different sect of that religion and to kill people who are members of religions which are different from their own. 

1.15 billion members of a certain religion believe that there are multiple gods and goddesses; that everyone should strive for dharma; and that individual souls are immortal and can go through multiple incarnations. 

None of their beliefs can stand up to scientific scrutiny or to objective, rational investigation, yet billions cling to such beliefs both stubbornly and wholeheartedly.

DouweTiemersma said: 

"There are various religions and systems of philosophy which claim to endow human life with meaning. But they suffer from certain inherent limitations. They couch into fine-sounding words their traditional beliefs and ideologies, theological or philosophical. 

Believers, however, discover the limited range of meaning and applicability of these words, sooner or later. They get disillusioned and tend to abandon the systems, in the same way as scientific theories are abandoned, when they are called in question by too much contradictory empirical data." 

Yet here, few have been seen that actually abandon the systems which in most cases they did not choose but which were imposed on them by their parents and other authority figures from early on. 

Jo Nesbo's take on the subject seems to be the more accurate: 

"The bigger a group is" (2 billion, 1.5 billion, 1.1.5 billion, etc.) "the harder it is to break free of from their prevailing ideas and assumptions. They work a bit like a religion because they automatically think that so many other people around them can't be wrong. Well, they can. And they are. All the time." 

So (a) the prevailing attitude among the 97% on the planet who claim an affiliation with an organized religion (and who, again, did not choose the religion that they are affiliated with but were assigned that affiliation by their parents) and (b) the prevailing attitude among the millions who brag that they "are not religious but are spiritual instead," is this: 

"These are our beliefs and no one will ever change them, so 'contradictory empirical data' be damned!" 

Some define ignorance as "a lack of knowledge or education." 

Maharaj would disagree, having said: "All knowledge is ignorance." 

He said that "realization is freedom from learned ignorance"

and that

"Realization is but the opposite of ignorance." 

He said: "The so-called 'birth' is the appearance of ignorance which prevails till the so-called 'death'." 

Some define it as "a lack of awareness," and that would align more closely with Maharaj's take on the subject. 

Is any significant progress being made in terms of treating the Ultimate Sickness and eradicating it's key symptoms which he identified as "ignorance, stupidity and insanity?" No. 

Maharaj said: "The circles of ignorance may be ever widening, yet it remains a bondage all the same." 

Furthermore, Maharaj noted: "You do not realize that your present waking state is one of ignorance." 

Of those who cling to the myth-and-superstition-and-ignorance-based dogma of their ancestors, Maharaj said: 

"Not to know, and not to know that one does not know, is the cause of endless suffering." 

Does it not seem like that would be reason enough to seek, to understand, to be free? Yet it is not; instead, among many of those types, suffering is ennobled: 

"Be like Christ who suffered on the cross. Suffering now paves the way for rewards and happiness later" 

or 

"Suffer by blowing yourself up with a bomb vest in the process of killing infidels. Then you shall be given sexual pleasures for eternity" 

or 

"Suffer now and you will elevate to a higher level later." 

Who but those trapped in ignorance and / or insanity would accept an invitation to suffer, to normalize misery, and to postpone pleasure until "a later life" or "an afterlife" or "a series of lives"? 

One man who finally broke free of his attachment to the dogma which his parents exposed him to said, "I finally saw that the motto of the Catholic Church is, 'If it feels good, stop it,' but that applied to church members only, not to the priests who abused us. It has taken years of therapy along with the freedom which the non-dual understanding has brought to finally be able to enjoy my existence." 

Who but those trapped in the sickness of such personality disorders as the Sociopathic Personality Disorder or the Psychopathic Personality Disorder or the Sadistic Personality Disorder would enjoy seeing others suffer? None.

Yet those types are currently quite popular among certain voters or followers in many places around the globe (revealing a great deal about the disorders which those voters are likely trapped in as well). 

True freedom involves freedom from being driven by ignorant and insane thoughts and ignorant and insane words which lead to ignorant and insane actions. Anything less is not freedom at all. 

Who needs that freedom which facts and science and understanding can bring? 

According to Maharaj: "The scientific approach is for all. ‘Trust-test-taste’. What more do you need?" But how many really want the truth? Few.

Many counselor's learn that the surest way to run off clients is to introduce truth to them too early in the process. 

Maharaj asked: "Why push the Truth down unwilling throats? It cannot be done, anyhow. Without a receiver what can the giver do?" 

The point: the last thing that most persons who are trapped in ignorance, stupidity, and insanity want is any awareness of their true state, is any awareness of the truth, is freedom from stupid beliefs, and is a suggestion that insanity is present and is clearly in need of being addressed. 

Hence Maharaj's estimate that only a few thousand people on the planet at any given moment will be realized, that is, will be "free of all learned ignorance" and will have "reached a state which is the opposite of ignorance and will be abiding therein for the remainder of the manifestation." 

So it is, but so it need not be. 

Again . . .
