BEING MADE CRAZY, CRAZY, STAYING CRAZY or AWARE OF CRAZINESS AND SEEKING SANITY
A NEW SERIES BEGINS
TOMORROW:
If you were suffering
from a sickness, would you accept treatment from a doctor that does not (1) complete
a diagnosis and (2) identify cause prior to formulating a treatment plan?
Of course not, so why
tolerate having the Ultimate Sickness treated by a guide that does not identify
cause prior to formulating a treatment plan?
A narcissistic know-it-all showed up in Maharaj’s loft and started spouting the same-old same-old to try to impress his captive audience with the supposedly “profound” depth and breadth of his knowledge of all things non-dual.
Eventually, Maharaj
stopped the man’s monologue and explained that he did not give a tinker’s damn
about the man parroting gurus or guides or writers; instead, Maharaj said that
he only wants to hear about a seeker’s own experiences and from one who shares only
what he or she has come to perceive and understand.
In the next series, we
will begin with finding the actual cause of the Sickness which only non-dual
guides try to address and then formulate a treatment plan which will differ entirely from the plans which have
failed humankind for thousands of years.
Meaning? Meaning that
the non-dual understanding is unique when compared to the agenda of all
religions, spiritual movements, ideologies, philosophies, etc.: it involves
subtraction, not addition. It involves un-learning, not learning more. It
involves de-accumulation, not more accumulation.
As with Covid-19,
researchers and manufacturers of treatment and / or preventive measures were
and are constantly having to change their treatment plans because of mutations.
The same applies with humankind: the problems of humans - be they physical or
psychological - require treatment from a guide that is constantly studying the
innumerable mutations of the Sickness in order to update and modify and improve
the version of the Ultimate Medicine being used to address all aspects of the
Ultimate Sickness.
All prescribed
prescriptions stored in your medicine cabinet have an expiration date. So
should the Ultimate Medicine used for addressing the Ultimate Sickness.
Genes mutate. The result is physical / body problems. Understandings also mutate. The result is mental / mind problems.
The Effects of
Mutations And Variants - in Humankind, in the Non-Dual Message, in Religious
Texts, in Spiritual Messaging, in Forms of Government, in Economic Systems, in
Tribalism, in the Human Brain, in sicknesses and the Ultimate Sickness, ad infinitum. Everything is Mutated;
hence, the Normal or Natural Has Been Replaced by the Abnormal, by the
Unnatural, by the Supernatural by Magical and Warped Thinking, by Language, and
by the Resulting Warped, Detrimental Behavior.]

“You Do Not Have To ‘Check Out’ of the Relative and Abide ‘There’ In Order To Be Free of the Use of the Vocabulary of Non-Realization (Which Reinforces The Non-Realized State)”
If one is to stop accepting as truth any of the billions of examples of nonsense heard around the globe on a daily basis, then the sleepwalking habit of accepting all that is heard - of accepting everything stated by use of the vocabulary of non-realization and insanity - must end.
Yet
even that is not sufficient. Even if blind acceptance of the insane comments
being heard comes to an end, there must also be a simultaneous awareness of
every word and phrase that make up the vocabulary of non-Realization and
insanity.
So if one on this “path” hears a person use the vocabulary of ignorance and
insanity to say, “I turned it over to god and now I am free of worry,” a
variety of options are available. In the early part of the “journey,” the
seeker’s questioning and the seeker’s cautious and careful and wary analysis
might move through these stages:
“Ok, let’s see . . . that might be true or that might be false … I’ll question that … let’s see … god is a concept … concepts cannot free anyone of anything … they actually trap persons … that’s mind stuff, stated by using the vocabulary of the ignorant and insane . . . all mind stuff is false … my BS detector has been activated … I call ‘BS’ on that.”
Once realized, that slow process of moving through the stages of analysis which lead to the discarding of all statements that are false, is no longer required.
As
one moves closer and closer to full realization, the spontaneous questioning of
all that is heard moves at warp speed and activates the detector instantly.
Later, once realized fully, the process unfolds immediately and thusly:
Claimant: “I turned it over to god and now I am free of worry.”
The fully realized (instantly) call . . . BS.
Yet when one is attached to mind-language and engages in mind-speak, then
mind-thinking and mind-speaking prevent questioning. Why? How? Here’s why, and
here’s how:
Mind-speak always takes the forms of declarative, imperative, or exclamatory
sentences. It never employs the interrogative form, so it prevents questioning,
prevents the receipt of sane and logical pointers, and prevents the seeing of
falsehoods. No one “learns” while speaking, and no one “unlearns” while
speaking.
Speaking
reinforces false beliefs - it does not eliminate them. If one understands that
Truth can be known but cannot be stated but still does not go into the silence
as much as possible - then full realization has not happened.
Additionally, it is only by questioning what one has been told and taught, by
questioning what one believes, by questioning what one hears, and by
questioning what one reads (and, yes, that includes the pointers offered here)
only then is there an opportunity to be free of the belief in - and attachment
to - nonsense.
And only if freed of the belief in nonsense and ideas and concepts and dogma
and myths and superstitions and principles and blind-faith-based convictions
can there be any opportunity thereafter to “go sane.”
“Humans Now Live ‘in a Verbal World, Crowded and Dominated By Words,’ but You Can Move Into the Non-Verbal, Peaceful Silence”
The seeker of the no-concept, non-dual reality that moves far enough along “the path” notices that the use of words and phrases such as “better off” or “worse off” or “good” or “bad” automatically vanishes.
Such words and terms are non-existent in “The Vocabulary of Realization,” so
there is never even the slightest tendency to apply one label or the other to
any happening. I Am - Presence Is - and whatever is . . .well, it just is. That
is all.
Speaking in the thought-language of the fictional “mind” - using the vocabulary
of the non-Realized - it is guaranteed that the “mind” will function like a
runaway train.
As
that train passes by the non-realized masses, they jump aboard. If the train
leaves the state of Reason on its journey to the state of Delusion with a
stopover in Distortion, the non-realized have their boarding passes ready and
waiting.
Meanwhile, they listen to the words of the one who is blind - the one who
cannot see - when that person uses the vocabulary of ignorance and insanity and
duality to point the way for them. Why do they listen to such?
Because
persons prefer the familiar, and “The Vocabulary of Realization” is quite
unfamiliar while the vocabulary of ignorance and insanity and duality - the
only vocabulary used among the non-realized - is the vocabulary they typically
hear and the vocabulary they typically use.
Thus, the vocabulary of ignorance and insanity and duality - containing the
words that are commonly-used in almost all of the talking that is happening
around the globe - is customary and is, therefore, both recognizable and
seemingly “comfortable.”
In
George Orwell’s 1984, there is “Newspeak” - a
vocabulary that is used to intentionally distort Reality by re-writing any
historical facts which the powers-that-be do not like.
“Newspeak” is used millions of time a day as persons distort the facts and
erase the line that differentiates true from false. With billions claiming
affiliation with one organized religion or another and believing in their god
or gods, they also employ “Oldspeak.
That
is the talk that goes back thousands of years when the most ignorant persons on
the planet talked about Greek or Roman or Hindu “sustainer gods,” gods they
believed were willing to intervene in the “affairs of mortals” and manipulate
events to the advantage of “faithful believers.”
Today, those trapped in their learned ignorance still speak of sustainer gods,
but “Oldspeak” also talks of “creator gods” and “destroyer gods.” The Newspeak
version combines all of those past beliefs about multiple gods and goddesses
and now describes the one god of Abraham as a “composite god;
therefore,
billions on the planet believe in, and talk constantly about, a god who
supposedly creates persons, sustains persons, but then will also destroy
persons if they make him angry (indicating that their god is co-dependent with
them, allowing them to determine how “He” feels and what “He” does).
Understand, though, that the very fact that a person can verbalize a concept is
the proof that it cannot be the truth. Trapped as they are in the “mind” and
its distorted thinking, non-realized persons cannot see the complete
foolishness behind their claims and concepts and beliefs and ideas.
As a
result, the magical thinking that is driven by their concepts and beliefs and
ideas will generate magical talk.
Yet magical thinking is also “spin-thinking.” If prayers are not answered
exactly as desired, mind-speak will be used to rewrite reality with an
Orwellian 1984-style Newspeak; if outcomes are not as promised, Newspeak will
put a spin on what did not happen and why.
So,
the “state of the planet” is a noisy state, a delusion-based state, a
hate-the-silence state, a “let-me-make-loud-sounds-and-noises-so-you’ll-look-at-me-and-listen-to-me-”
state.
Mind-clatter produces mouth-chatter that generates all across the face of the
planet “Power Talk,” “God Talk,” “Political Talk,” “Magical-Thinking-inspired
Magical Talk,” “Theory Talk,” “Philosophical Talk,” “Ideological Talk,” “Religious
Talk,” “Spiritual Talk,”
“Nonsense Talk,” and “Ignorance-Based Talk”; also, “Personality-Disorder-inspired Talk,” “Insanity-inspired Talk,” “Dualistic Talk,” “Mind-inspired Talk,” “Persona-inspired Talk,” and “I’m-going-to-impress-you” Talk.
Above
all, though, the result is talk, talk, and more talk . . . unending talk . . . forever distorting,
forever deluding (self and others), forever false (since the Truth cannot be
stated), and forever using what Maharaj called “mind-language” to “put a spin
on the facts.”
The result? The non-realized masses will, with few exceptions, spend the entire
manifestation being fooled by the words of others and being fooled by the
mind-words and mouth-words of one’s self (or selves).
Post-realization,
the registering of nonsense as nonsense starts happening spontaneously, so the
Realized cannot be fooled any longer. Talk that evolves from the vocabulary of
non-Realization and ignorance and insanity does not register among the realized.
Ironically, it is logic and reason that register with the non-Realized as
nonsense, but that is true-to-form among the non-Realized who . . .
(a) think they know
but who
(b) do not know that they know not.
Non-realized persons form rigid opinions about experiences that they never had
and then use the vocabulary of ignorance and insanity to broadcast those
baseless opinions to all who will listen.
Talking
without knowing what one is really talking about is the planet-wide standard
now, and such talking happens consistently among the non-realized via the use
of mind-language which, in turn, promotes mind-speak.
The realized, by contrast, tap into the silent inner voice - the voice of the
inner guru or the inner resource. That voice inaudibly speaks Truth.
The only voice that the masses hear is one that speaks falsehoods via mind-language and then converts distorted or ignorant or insane thoughts into audible words heard via the vocabulary of mind-speak.
In those cases, mind-speak sanctions the supposed benefits of being delusional and of persons fooling themselves and of allowing others to fool them as well.
The
first opportunity for seekers to find truth is to share the ideas and concepts
they believe with a realized guide and then be willing to at least consider any
feedback that leads them to contemplating the contrary.
Also, another suggestion offered earlier is this: “Take every idea you believe, find the 180-degree opposite, and consider that.” No one can escape the personality-disorder-and-insanity-producing programming and conditioning and domestication and acculturation that are happening around the globe;
however,
a few can, via full realization, escape the effects that will otherwise last
for the entire relative existence. The subject of mind-language and concepts
and words will end with this pointer from Maurice Frydman:
“The mind was originally a tool in the struggle for biological survival. But,
in the process the mind acquired the art of symbolic thinking and
communication, the art and skill of language.
“Ideas and abstractions acquired an appearance of reality, the conceptual
replaced the real, with the result that man now lives in a verbal world,
crowded and dominated by words.”
When realization happens, worry ends and the relative existence is no longer
dominated by words and talk and noise; then, real worry-free, quiet peace
begins; furthermore, the peace is not interrupted with the egotistical need to
talk-talk-talk all day long.
It is the arrogant who feel the need to be heard; it is the ignorant who are
driven to pass along their ignorance; it is those who are suffering the chatter
of a thousand monkeys in their heads who must talk and talk and talk in order
to try to drown out that internal, unending, peace-robbing chatter and noise.
Among
the realized, the silence becomes the “norm,” as it is with the deer today and
as it was with human-like beings for millions of years prior to the
manifestation of the current, very noisy condition around the globe.
The invitation is to enjoy the quiet more and to use the distorted and
distorting vocabulary of the masses far less until its use comes to a final and
complete halt with Realization.
The Final Considerations
To review: Maharaj said: “Insanity is universal. Sanity is rare. Yet there is hope, because the moment we perceive our insanity, we are on the way to sanity. This is the function of the Guru - to make us see the madness of our daily living. Life makes you conscious, but the guru makes you aware”;
and
Questioner: “From the Westerner’s point of view there is something disturbing in your ways. To sit in a corner all by oneself and keep on repeating: ‘I am God, God I am’, appears to be plain madness. How to convince a Westerner that such practices lead to supreme sanity?”
Maharaj: “The man who claims to be God and the man who doubts it - both are deluded. They talk in their dream”;
and
“It is not suffering and death that are your problem, but the meanness and madness at their root. Is not meanness also a form of madness? And is not madness the misuse of the mind? Humanity’s problem lies in this misuse of the mind only. All the treasures of nature and spirit are open to man who will use his mind rightly”;
and
“To the ignorant all that they cannot understand is madness. What of it? Let them be as they are. I am as I am, for no merit of mine and they are as they are, for no fault of theirs.”

Peace. Love. Light. Sanity. Quietness. Truth.
