BEING
MADE CRAZY, CRAZY, STAYING CRAZY or AWARE OF CRAZINESS AND SEEKING SANITY

If you were suffering from a sickness, would you accept treatment from a doctor that does not (1) complete a diagnosis and (2) identify cause prior to formulating a treatment plan?
Of course not, so why tolerate having the Ultimate Sickness treated by a guide that does not identify cause prior to formulating a treatment plan?
A narcissistic
know-it-all showed up in Maharaj’s loft and started spouting the same-old same-old to try to impress his
captive audience with the supposedly “profound” depth and breadth of his
knowledge of all things non-dual.
Eventually, Maharaj
stopped the man’s monologue and explained that he did not give a tinker’s damn
about the man parroting gurus or guides or writers; instead, Maharaj said that
he only wants to hear about a seeker’s own experiences and from one who shares only
what he or she has come to perceive and understand.
In the next series, we
will begin with finding the actual cause of the Sickness which only a non-dual
guides try to address and then formulate a treatment plan which will differ entirely from the plans which have
failed humankind for thousands of years.
As with Covid-19,
researchers and manufacturers of treatment and / or preventive measures were
and are constantly having to change their treatment plans because of mutations.
The same applies with humankind: the problems of humans - be they physical or psychological
- require treatment from a guide that is constantly studying the innumerable mutations
of the Sickness in order to update and modify and improve the version of the
Ultimate Medicine being used to address all aspects of the Ultimate Sickness.
All prescribed
prescriptions stored in your medicine cabinet have an expiration date. So
should the Ultimate Medicine used for addressing the Ultimate Sickness.
Genes mutate. The
result is physical / body problems. Understandings also mutate. The result is
mental / mind problems.
The Effects of
Mutations And Variants - in Humankind, in the Non-Dual Message, in Religious
Texts, in Spiritual Messaging, in Forms of Government, in Economic Systems, in
Tribalism, in the Human Brain, in sicknesses and the Ultimate Sickness, ad infinitum. Everything is Mutated;
hence, the Normal or Natural Has Been Replaced by the Abnormal, by the
Unnatural, by the Supernatural by Magical and Warped Thinking, by Language, and
by the Resulting Warped, Detrimental Behavior.]

PRO-TOUCHING and PRO-BENEVOLENT CULTURES vs. ANTI-TOUCHING and ANTI-BENEVOLENT
CULTURES
On this site, acculturation is one of the six aspects which most warp the minds of humans, the others being programming, conditioning, domestication, brainwashing, and indoctrination.
Research
also shows that there are certain cultures that are more prone than others to
discourage hugging, appropriate touching, and expressing feelings while
encouraging its citizens (usually unconsciously and subconsciously):
to suppress feeling; to avoid crying; to “keep a stiff upper lip”; to form a
wide, impenetrable sphere of personal space and to insist on non-interference
and to insist that everyone keep their distance and not approach me so closely
that they violate my sphere; to manipulate by “checking out” and by resisting
in a passive-aggressive manner;
at other times, ironically, to vacillate between a need for closeness and a
need for distance, rendering one totally unstable and frustratingly
unpredictable; to manipulate by staying preoccupied with ideas and projects and
by detaching emotionally from others; and to manipulate another for a time by
covering up one’s tendency to be distant and mean and cold while acting for a
time as if one is warm and tender.
The non-dual understanding is about being restored to sanity, about “going sane”
after one’s family and culture have driven one insane. All of the
culturally-inspired “mindsets” and beliefs and ideas and concepts catalogued
above are unnatural, abnormal, and insane. There is no freedom at all unless
one if totally free from being driven blindly by the agendas of one’s
personalities and one’s culture.
For those willing to find all of the lies that are believed and all of the
unnatural and abnormal beliefs and ideas and concepts that have been
unquestioningly accepted as normal, there might be a relative benefit to
looking at one’s cultural and nationalistic (and often xenophobic) messagings
and to see exactly what has been internalized and what might be blocking the
ability to touch appropriately and to express Love appropriately and thereby
blocking as well the ability to abide in a totally sane and normal and natural
manner.
Please review these pointers that were offered earlier:
To look objectively at one’s own actions and to see that talk of “love” and /
or Love is really just talk and nothing more is the first step toward
(A) shifting away from the coldness and aloofness and callousness that has come
because of conditioning and programming and domestication and acculturation;
and to
(B) shifting and then being less like a wire mother or father or spouse or
partner and more like a warm and comforting cloth mother or father or spouse or
partner
as well as the first step to
reaching a point when one can touch gently and be touched gently - without
motive or agenda - and thereby answering the call of Nature to function in that
natural way as opposed to the unnatural way that the masses around the globe are
now behaving.
To find every source of one’s personality traits that contribute to coldness or
to an inability to express Love and to touch appropriately, of course an
investigation of one’s early, family-of-origin programming and conditioning and
domestication is critical;
however, acculturation (by one’s family, by one’s national institutions, and by
the traits that are modeled by the majority of the people in one’s country)
might play as significant a role in instilling and perpetuating coldness, distancing,
aloofness, and being unavailable to those who want to hear an expression of
Love or who want to enjoy the warmth of gentle and appropriate touching,
hugging, etc.
To that end, witnesses can observe nationalistic influences which often
determine and / or reinforce the tendency to be cold and seemingly uncaring and
rigid and distant and excessively formal and remote and detached and aloof.
To understand the actual impact on an individual’s personality style, one must
also understand “the personality style of the particular nation” in which that
person was raised or in which that person has lived for a period of time.
Eastern sages and truly realized non-dual guides has known for thousands of
years that personality is the bane of the relative existence and of humanity in
general. They have also known that personality develops in early childhood in
one’s family; that there is a continuing accumulation of personas and
personality throughout one’s adulthood years;
and
that the personality traits which continue to be adopted are driven by one’s
society, one’s employers, and, yes, by the traits that the majority of the
people in any given nation have in common.
To that end, this can be said about “national and nationalistic trends in
regards to personality styles”: persons who says that “people are the same all
around the globe” are showing that they have most assuredly not traveled “around
the globe” and are in error;
however, if persons suggest that every person in any given nation is like every
other person in that nation, they, too, are in error. That having been said,
research by the Enneagram Institute into national and nationalistic trends in
regards to personality styles reveals that there are traits that are often shared
by a majority.
Are there doubts? Then consider this scenario:
You are approached by representatives of the Sociology Department of a major
university and they say: “We are having a contest. You can choose to go to two
of the following four countries and take along a video camera. For each couple
that you are able to film either on the street or in a cafe as they are showing
affection to each other - including kissing, hugging, resting a head on a
partner’s shoulder, etc. - we will pay you US$1,000.00.
There is no limit to the amount of money that you can win, so you will want to
find and film as many couples as possible that are showing affection and love.
Suppose you film and document a display of affection by twenty couples. You
will earn US$200,000.00.
When you choose the two countries that you want to visit, make your selections
based on where you feel that you will make the most money because you suspect
that you will see far more affection being displayed in those two countries
than in the two countries that you do not choose.
Here are your choices: you may travel to any two of the following countries
where you will observe and film either British people, German people, Italian
people or French people as they show love and / or affection or do not do so.
So which two countries would you choose as the two where you feel you are more
likely to see affection being displayed? On the other hand, which two would you
not visit, convinced that you are far less likely to see affection on display?
