BEING
MADE CRAZY, CRAZY, STAYING CRAZY or AWARE OF CRAZINESS AND SEEKING SANITY

If you were suffering from a
sickness, would you accept treatment from a doctor that does not (1) complete a
diagnosis and (2) identify cause prior to formulating a treatment plan?
Of course not, so why tolerate
having the Ultimate Sickness treated by a guide that does not identify cause
prior to formulating a treatment plan?
A narcissistic know-it-all showed
up in Maharaj’s loft and started spouting the same-old same-old to try to impress his captive audience with the
supposedly “profound” depth and breadth of his knowledge of all things
non-dual.
Eventually, Maharaj stopped the
man’s monologue and explained that he did not give a tinker’s damn about the
man parroting gurus or guides or writers; instead, Maharaj said that he only
wants to hear about a seeker’s own experiences and from one who shares only
what he or she has come to perceive and understand.
In the next series, we will begin
with finding the actual cause of the Sickness which only a non-dual guides try
to address and then formulate a treatment plan which will differ entirely from the plans which have failed humankind for
thousands of years.
As with Covid-19, researchers and
manufacturers of treatment and / or preventive measures were and are constantly
having to change their treatment plans because of mutations. The same applies
with humankind: the problems of humans - be they physical or psychological -
require treatment from a guide that is constantly studying the innumerable mutations
of the Sickness in order to update and modify and improve the version of the
Ultimate Medicine being used to address all aspects of the Ultimate Sickness.
All prescribed prescriptions
stored in your medicine cabinet have an expiration date. So should the Ultimate
Medicine used for addressing the Ultimate Sickness.
Genes mutate. The result is physical / body problems. Understandings also mutate. The result is mental / mind problems.
The Effects of Mutations And
Variants - in Humankind, in the Non-Dual Message, in Religious Texts, in
Spiritual Messaging, in Forms of Government, in Economic Systems, in Tribalism,
in the Human Brain, in sicknesses and the Ultimate Sickness, ad infinitum. Everything is Mutated;
hence, the Normal or Natural Has Been Replaced by the Abnormal, by the
Unnatural, by the Supernatural by Magical and Warped Thinking, by Language, and
by the Resulting Warped, Detrimental Behavior.]

How to Test Words Being Heard for Authenticity
Many
might disagree that the examples offered recently reveal a lack of realization,
but would you be willing to try an exercise before ending all consideration?
If so, list each word or term above (“ambition,” “meaning,” “power,” “Infinite
Self,” etc.) and then write an explanation that explains WHO (that is, which
ego-state) feels a certain affection for each of those concepts.
WHO (what persona) wants power? WHO (what ego-state) thinks he / she has power?
WHO wants to be ageless? WHO is talking about body and mind at all? WHO wants
to control? WHO wants eternal continuity?
Then write an explanation about how each is merely a concept, how each of those
ideas has been dreamed up by persons with desires or fears, and how each of
those topics are only endearing to persons attached to relative concepts and to
bogus “teachings” regarding body-mind-personality issues and to a belief in the
possibility of post-manifestation continuity of the body-mind-personality
triad.
That exercise might help differentiate between words that reveal realization
and words that do not. Sometimes, the task of differentiation is not as simple
as happens with the most basic examples of duality such as “good” vs. “bad”; “right”
vs. “wrong”; “ugly” vs. “pretty”; or “moral” vs. “immoral.”
Some who have come here have proclaimed, “But millions speak of such, and
millions are seeking those things and studying those things and are interested
in those things and seem to have an internal need that is common to all people
to gain those things. Millions cannot wrong.”
As shared with others who have drawn the same conclusion, that is a fact. Millions
are not presently wrong in regards to their thinking and beliefs and desires
and fears. In fact, it is billions who are confused, misled, and believing that
ancient fictions as well as popular fictions nowadays is actual fact.
Why do books that discuss the dualistic concepts above (“ambition,” “the
meaning of life,” “changing your life,” “being “incredible,” “succeeding,” “controlling,”
etc.) garner such huge sales and why do lectures on those topics rake in
millions and billions of dollars in annual sales?
Because billions - not millions - are trapped in their body-mind-personality
identities, are consumed with the notion of continuity, are attached to things
relative, and are ensnared in the relative desires and fears of their assumed
ego-states that want power and control and “more” rather than “less.”
Because billions will never understand the difference in the vocabulary of
duality as opposed to “The Vocabulary on Non-Duality” and, as a result, have no
means by which to differentiate between statements based in logic and reason
and statements based in nonsense. So it is, but so it need not be.
One seeker wrote the following:
“I find I am, for the first time, due to all of our discussions, understanding
pointers read before.”
He then listed some of what is being eliminated and some of what is finally
being understood, including . . .
“beliefs, since it means something has been named and that brings associated
ideas and images with that something, such as ‘God’”;
“the idea that ‘I’ want some permanency of body and mind and personality, due
to memory, but there is no such permanency; we are always changing, interacting
with the sun and air as vital components, driven by memory, though it is ever
changing along with everything else:
“the concept of time, along with memory, is the other big problem I had. I
could never enjoy ‘now’ because of bringing up the past or having expectations
of the future. ‘Now’ was always lost;
“So, I come to the conclusion that the only way to understand something is to
view it (read, listen, learn) from multiple sources until you ‘see’ it.”
And such is “his” experience. There is no suggestion that the direct path,
nisarga approach employed here is the single, “right” way. It is known,
however, that persons must either sit in the presence of a teacher or must find
the readings that can lead a seeker step-by-step (each taken in the proper
order) to realization.
Some will be “wired” in a way that they will understand the teachings as
presented in the books offered here while others seem to require (or “want?”)
something quite different. So it is. Yet understand that your “quest” need not
span decades, as “floyd’s” did.
Time after time, guide after guide, the pointers came that there is a specific
route that must be followed, but not one teacher in the hundreds of books that
were read ever outlined specifically the steps on the “path.”
The reason certain books here are offered is to provide the “road map” to seekers
in order that they might realize now and then go about the relative business of
enjoying the freedom that comes with having completed all of the steps in
order.
As alluded to earlier, Maharaj said, “ . . . You should go back, reverse, to
the source.” He also said, “Follow the same path by which you came.”
There is
an exact order by which awareness manifested as consciousness and was subjected
to a process whereby obstacles were set in place that block the consciousness
from being aware of itself and from realizing truth.
It was by that process that specks of energy from the universal pool of energy
manifested and came to identify with the false self or selves (that is, with
the “ego”), with the body, with “the mind,” and with the personality (and,
eventually, with multiple personalities).
To go back, to take the same path in reverse, is the only means by which a
shift from body identification to abiding as the original nature can happen.
Some
guides can discuss the various phases of the “coming in” and the “going back.”
Few actually utilize the exact order in which the steps must be followed to
reverse to the source.
Find that order if you would realize fully. If that order has not happened, that
is why the understanding has yet to happen and that is why readings are
necessary if one cannot sit with a teacher and receive the necessary guidance.
If you are working with someone but have not Realized or if you have read all
of the books of those authors whom Maharaj disparagingly referred to as “The
Big Name Teachers” and still not realized, then study the vocabulary of the guides
(or “teachers”) or the words in those books and the subject matter they choose
to discuss and then apply the test to see if full realization is actually being
evidenced . . . or not.
